This company is just a scam and ripping businesses of hard earned $$$ with poor quality service. Our attorneys are looking to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.

First they provide poor quality service. On top their customer service team is plain rude and unprofessional.

Third, with regards to us, instead of reaching out to the management team, they just made our front desk staff personnel to sign an extended contract (3 years). Due to poor service our management team cancelled contract with them, now this scam company is trying to use those irrelevant contracts to charge us the entire remaining 3 years of contract fee, worth around $2000. Good luck proving there was a contract to begin with.

If you are a legitimate health care practice, hospital system or lab, please do not use this business. There are tons of other choices.

This company's drivers are courteous, but that's the ONLY good thing about them. Good luck trying to get the help you need from anyone at the office! If you're lucky enough to talk to someone, it's always the same response, "We'll get back to you. " and always the same result: NO RESOLUTION. And if you're new to the service, I'm sure you're being treated well.give it time.disappointment is not only guaranteed, it's a HUGE understatement! We finally cancelled this shred service over six weeks ago and we're STILL waiting for the bins to be picked up - Can't say that we're surprised at all.

Very bad experience and first time, no container left and second time, nobody showing up on the scheduled pick up and customer service is horrible. Nobody is helping.very frustrating! If there is another choice in my region, I will leave them for sure!

They are a total scam! NEVER do business with them.they change your contract on you repeatedly and up your years on your contract without telling you.they actually have countless class-action lawsuits all over the country going on presently against them. STAY AWAY! There are plenty out there with no contracts.support your local business.

Stericycle is a great organization to work for. Stericycle has come a long way from the last 28+ years they have been in business.
One example that stands out to me on how efficient and well this company operates is back when the Ebola outbreak happened, Stericycle was one of the trusted partners to pick up and dispose the waste for the US Government. This was a huge example on how a company like Stericycle is competent, and can get the job done the correct way. Not many other companies stepped up to do their part during a national emergency. Logistically it seems Stericycle can accomplish miracles.
The company does a lot with charity: one example is the Feed My Staring Children. I know I have had many of my fellow team members help the cause.
Stericycle has a big factor in helping make this planet a more safe and secure place to live for our future generations. I am very proud of this fact.
I feel Stericycle has been a great place to work for over the last 6 years. Stericycle has lots of opportunity within the organization. All in all I would defiantly recommend a motivated person who wants to help make a difference be affiliated with the organization.
