Sterling Collision Center, Newport Beach CA

Communication is a problem with this shop. You are forced to leave messages with no response. You then text with no response. One person at the shop does not know what the other person is doing. It took 3 months to finally get a simple job completed. If you have a choice go elsewhere.

I've dealt with Sterling Collision Center twice already. I didn't even ask anyone else for an estimate because I was sure I wanted to work with them. The staff is knowledgable, pleasant, and skilled throughout.
