The manager here today is so rude and too pushy for people who are looking to buy shoes. Make sure you buy it or else they will give you an attitude.

Got my shoes online and had to return cause they were half a size too small, when I was told to come in store and return it the girl didn’t acknowledge me standing there with a box in my hand, I even waved and she ignored me, then she proceeds to walk away and I ask “do you work here? ” And she says yes, then when I tell her I’m there for a return she’s say she’ll go get someone then goes to the back and doesn’t get anyway, I’d say make all your purchase online to stay away from these rude little girls
Very rude service. Yesterday I experienced the same attitude in the Steve Madden store on 3rd street promenade. I was going to buy one pair of shoes, but the way how a salesperson spoke to me just ruined any intentions to purchase anything there. I wanted leave the store as fast as possible. I love the products by this brand, but since now I will only buy them online
