I have been with State Farm for as long as I can remember, at least 20 years, and always have good customer service. They are very responsive and helpful. I have my auto, homeowners, earthquake, and umbrella policies with State Farm. Audrey is my contact person and she is wonderful!

Their service is very good and they provide mandarin speaking agent service. That's very important if you are encountering car accident, you really want to get help without language barrier. I recently had two claim in a row, I am very satisfied with how StateFarm handling my claims. Don't go to cheap insurance company, trust me.
