Stevens Creek Showcase

We came and bought a used car from this dealership, and we didn't negotiate the price because they promise to deliver the car to our home for free. We paid for the delivery and supposed to get a refund back since 12/10/2023. We called several times. OHH you will receive the check next week! WE NEVER RECEIVED!

Shady as they come…… Work hard to achieve something you earned only to have it ruined by these chuckleheads…

I've had some time to process my initial review on this public opinion survey, however there is only 1 difference with this write-up, and that is, There is absolutely No doubt in my mind or those who have been fed the details of the transaction, which is it deserves without question, bias, prejudice, speculation, or any other possibility to put into question of whether it deserves a higher rating based on the facts. I was lied to in order to secure a brand new purchase, in which I voluntarily Co-Signed for my son in law to be and my daughter, on the SOLE PREMISE, that it would not prevent my foremost desire to Trade in the 2018 Rogue that we also bought from Alex for a newer vehicle IN ADDITION TO THE ONE I CO-SIGNED for. He PROMISED ME IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM! I had even agreed to the vehicle HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE THE LOAN APPROVED FOR ALONG WITH MY TRADE-IN! I was excited because the truck he said he just picked up for under Blue Book value was the truck he could sell me! It was a nice 2021 Toyota pickup, white, nice looking low mileage. I was really looking forward to getting in to drive it home and surprise my wife. But Alex stole that from me this time. Unlucky for him, we are in the process of settling a major lawsuit, which we will certainly win, which was the only reason I agreed to consign the vehicle, because I was gonna pay it off and buy myself another new SUV from Alex. That isn't happening for him now. Never again will I honor him or his ethics.

Extremely rude customer service, they lie/omit information about credit reports. Other reviews claim they sell lemon cars/cars with cosmetic damage they do not inform you of. Do not purchase a car from this place. Horrible.
