They are extremely professional and kind. I went here for fixing my makina 67 since the filter stuck on the lens. They fixed it really quick and smoothly. I recommend everyone to come here if you have any problem of your camera.

The best place to take any film camera for service, and they know what they are doing when it comes to handling cameras.

Called the center and they referred me to another repair center for my Sony camera. Appreciated that they didn't try to make money off of me by being a middleman since they said they would send the camera themselves to that other center anyway. Very honest

This is a guy who LOVES cameras and is so good and helpful with them. Very trustworthy as well.

I'm a casual camera person but he takes the time to explain what is wrong and what he is going to do to fix it in easily understandable ways.

Highly recommended! Needed a last minute repair while in LA for 2 days. Called and he told me to come in and he'd check it out. Went in and he immediately took a look, went to the back room for a few minutes, and came back with the camera repaired. In/out in less then 10 minutes. Thank you so much!

Have an old mechanical camera that needs servicing in LA? I don't know where else you can go to be honest. I took my voigtlander nessa and they knew exactly what to do with it.

I brought in my beloved Nikon D700 because the autofocus seemed to be unresponsive. William took it in back and returned 20 minutes later. It was working perfectly! To top it off, he refused to charge me! I knew Rudy when he was still with us, and I felt he was looking down on us an smiling! Best camera repair EVER!

Came in because I felt there was something wrong with my Nikon D3500 and Steve told me he doesn’t do repairs since Nikon is not selling parts, which means he can’t repair my camera if something is found. Nonetheless, after requesting a check up on my camera, to see if there’s something wrong with my camera and he said the camera is good. Also, asked him if I needed a cleaning and he said no. I am a beginner in photography, so I really appreciate him taking time with his level of expertise to check out my camera. He didn’t charge me and even helped me a find website that sells camera lens. Taking my business here when my camera needs a cleaning, for sure!

I reached out to them about a repair. The repair was a little to much for me but I have experience repairing electronic. They answered all my questions and then helped me find the part.

This is a prime example of people helping people for no other reason than to help people. Speaks volumes to their integrity. I'll be coming to this place for my camera need without question.

I’m so grateful for the guys at Steve’s. They did an outstanding job on my Leica M6, even reassembling it and letting me pick it up to shoot with it while I was waiting for another part to get here from Germany for them to install it. -you won’t get this anywhere else because most places don’t want to reassemble it twice. The level of detail you get here is top notch. They even noticed the last people who repaired it put the Leica dot on a little off and they got it straighter. There was a dent from a drop on the cold shoe and they bent it back too. My camera has never felt better and it looks so much better as well.
I even brought in my Pentax that a buyer returned to me because he said the shutter was sticky. They replaced the battery and it works great now, didn’t even charge me for the battery.
I WILL NEVER GET MY CAMERA REPAIRED ANYWHERE ELSE.

Probably the best place to service your film equipment for professional use. They were very professional, I had them clean my mamiya rz lenses. They knew what they were doing with my lens before servicing them.
