There was a Karen there that was also h us to leave, but still good store. I would rather go to sunrise mall though

Absolutely shocked at this store. I was looking for a Chinese NY card. Website said yes. Upon arriving at the store the card shelves were empty, only 1/3 of the stores stock was available. Then I asked a young lady if the had the Chinese NY cards and she said no and turned and walked away. What kind of management runs this store. Bad!

There is sooooo much in this store you can find something for anyone.even a family member who has everything and can get themselves anything.

Always friendly staff is available to help me find exactly the gift I’m looking for. Clean and well stocked.

This place has the cutest things! Walk the whole store because you miss some treasures if you just breeze through. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very nice store. Brings back memories when I use to work for the Hallmark at the Palm Desert Mall 1986.

The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in and completely minded my business to purchase a (squishmallow) stuffed animal for my brother as a christmas gift. There were many people in the small store which the workers did nothing to control it, you could’ve at least had a certain amount of people entering the store. This location is tight and small. As I was waiting for checkout the workers stood around the registers and did not guide anyone where to go to, so as soon as I asked what register is open, one of them replied, “Well I guess here! ” in a horrible tone of voice. She then slammed my gift into the bag and passive aggressively told me to “Have a good day”. Their attitude is not it and they should not treat their customers this way. This has happened multiple times to other people I know and nothing has been done to stop it.

Whenever I’m in the mall I always like to stop in and see what kind of fun treasures they are hiding in the store. They don’t just have greeting cards but a large collection of Disney statues, Christmas ornaments, and other fun trinkets. It’s almost like an entire flea market crammed into one store, but only the high-quality items.
The store was very clean and well organized, Their staff was helpful and I thought their merchandise was reasonably priced.
They also have tons of awesome Star Wars stuff which is a plus.

It’s a cute little store.filled with great gifts, but the customer service from the cashier and workers weren’t a great gift. They are extremely rude and unhappy to work there.i simply went in to get some last minute christmas gifts nothing big! One of the ladies who helped me out was just giving me snarky attitude. Slammed all my items in a tiny bag and just felt like she was pushing me out. The store is tiny tho, not a lot of room and it’s cluttered.happy holidays.

Seems like sending cards is not on a priority. Supply of cards was also very slim. Hopefully next years card supply will be better. Personal were very nice.

Great store with lots of products. Sales associates are nice and very helpful. Was not looking forward to going into the mall, but located right next to entrance and Macys. Very convenient.

Not a lot of new merchandise. Haven't restocked since Christmas. Some Valentines items available.

Horrible! Called the store. Someone named Lu answered. I was calling to check if they had a specific item in the store. "Sorry, can't help you. There's a line out the door. " I'm a customer too!

The other hallmark stores in the area I've called that day have helped me even if they were busy and those same stores, I placed a phone order and had them ship to me.

Horrible customer service! Your money would be better spent elsewhere!
