This Is The Worst Dealership I have Ever Been To In My Life! The first guy who helped us was Kevin and he was just horrible and has such bad customer service! The sales manager named Ryan came in and helped us and we signed the contract with him. He said he would give us a call the next day to give us an update on it since the car was in the service department and never got that call. Ryan told us we needed to get insurance for the car in order to be able to drive it off the lot and we did. So I called the next day and they transferred me to Chris who is Ryan’s Supervisor and he said he would find out what is going on with the car and give me a call back and he never did. I went in the next day and provided the proof of insurance and emailed it to Chris. Ryan then took us into an office and said the service department said the car will be ready for pick up on Tuesday which was in 3 days. Tuesday came and the car was not ready. Then they called me from the finance department asking for the proof of insurance which was provided 3 days prior. I called Ryan and he said for us to go in the next day and they will make sure we have our car. They are so unprofessional here and there’s no communication at all. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND ITS A DISASTER BETWEEN THE EMPLOYEES THERE!

I didn't see anything I liked at their inventory at the location I was at Kimber pulled up the entire stg inventory and I found the car I wanted but it was stored at another location 30 min away so while we did the paperwork it was delivered to me when. It got there paperwork was done I was handed the keys and was on my way good deal not to mention stg paid a chunk for an Uber just to get me there and came out of their pocket to help get my monthly payments as low as they could definitely recommend

I worked with Kimber when looking for my. We car and she was the best! She was super helpful, accommodating, worked with me throughout the whole process. This group offered a lot of extras that other places don’t like window tinting and their prices were by far the best I had seen. Go check them out and ask for Kimber if you need a new car!

The most unprofessional people! The ignorance is astounding. Who runs a person's credit thru the same bank 13 TIMES! I mean come on 13TIMES! Tanked my credit score.he so called "Finance manger" which I I think everyone represented themselves as one. REALLY? Our of all you people had to run my credit. BUYERS BEWARE THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE THE SALE AN DON'T CARE WHAT DAMAGE THEY DO! Find another place. I did. I've never met such ignorance in my life.smh

Kimberly was the one that helped me she made the process quick and easy all I had to do was pick the car that I love and wanted if it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t know what to do if you visit her ask for Kimberly

Fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Kimber was great really delivered and I was able to drive off happy. My family has purchased 3 vehicles from STG in the past week. Rod and Ara were also great. I'll leave you with this. If you don't go here and at least give Kimber a shot to earn your business, you would be doing yourself a disservice. Go here first. Greg and Rod were very helpful and patient They answered every question I had about the car and the contract. And when they went to see if one of the cars that was being serviced was available for use they took video of it so I can see it more accurately since the car was having parts changed and they couldn’t bring it over.
