The staff here are really friendly, especially Mitch! Big shout out to him! It was the end of the day and he was extremely helpful and nice. Can’t say enough good about him and the rest of the staff. I’ll definitely recommend this spot to my friends

STIIZY ALAMEDA WORKS GOOD FOR ME. There’s a huge selection of medication this works for me because other sorts of medication that I was prescribed at clinics and hospitals were damaging my organs.

First of all I love the way the security handles things They're no joke I respect this place because when you're greeted once you're inside before you go into the actual place to do a purchase the person there she's really nice she's really helpful. The other thing is you got to know what you want Don't let them sell you something because it's a good deal know what you want know what your needs are. Me and my wife just came from there and she told the female in there that she wanted a stiiizy the disposable stick and she gave her the wrong one and when we took it back they told us they can't do nothing about it horrible place we would NEVER GO BACK

This place has great staff service and friendly cashier the prices are reasonable I like that it has more variety in stizzy pod.

Very personable employees from the security guard at the door to the lady who helped me with my order. She also told me about a new customer discount that saved me a lot of money.

Good prices. Good service. Sometimes you get a new hire that services you and be warned.the experience is quite unpleasant sometimes.

This place is a joke! Their bus tenders lie and sell bammer for $80 eights! The manger is so rude I am filing a complaint with the BBB! They are a rip off not true to genetics! Encore down the street is wonderful while these scammers rip of their patients! Their only focus is profit! This eighth was bammer! Still haven’t touch it! The Jar was opened and they refused to either refund me or switch it out! Scammers and liars! Encore will take care of you and takes responsibility for poor product!

Main Street supply is one of my best places to go to really affordable, great selection always helping me out at a budget that i Tell them! Also did they change there name to stiiizy now

No point in having an express line if personnel is going to ignore patrons in that line AND take people that lined up after you in the walk in line

Store has a horrible policy for returning items that don’t work. I just had a very unpleasant experience trying to return a pen that didn’t work properly and was told that the only way they could handle the situation was if I bough a cartridge to test the pen. What? Anyways. Don’t buy in this place! Management sucks!

The only thing I don’t like about this place is that they don’t have curbside pickup. It’s also expensive but I like their stuff. There is no menu…

Update: I called back and spoke with someone. They were very helpful and we reached a resolution.

The staff is really nice here and I’ve had great experiences. However, I recently purchased a sherbinski cartridge and was told it would work with my regular battery before buying it. When it didn’t work, I came back to return it and they showed me that I need to purchase a special battery for it to work.

They did not have the battery in stock to purchase so now I have to drive to multiple places to find one as their policy dictates that I can’t return it because it isn’t broken.

I’m a little upset because I bought it with the understanding that I didn’t need to purchase more items to use it. $$$

No fault of the staff. Poor policy. The error was on their part and was not fixed.

I come to Alameda just about every month to visit my boyfriend and I check out a lot of different dispensaries when I’m here. So far Stiiizy has been my favorite. The first time I went there I was in a little bit of a rush, I told the bud tender what I was looking for and boy did she deliver! My new favorite cartridge was recommended and I was in and out in minutes! Definitely coming here every time I visit!

Great pre roll selection. So few edible and beverage choices. Friendly customer service but they aren't all extremely knowledgeable

If you never want the ability to exchange anything and be made to feel like a criminal for even trying, this is the place for you! It is also almost as overpriced as Harborside but with way ruder staff and absolutely heinous management. Joy!

I only go here as a last resort since Buzz delivery stopped carrying the products I use.

Their STIIIZY products are months old, up to a year old. It’s only worth getting STIIIZY products when there’s a deal going on because their hella cheap but for sure hella old.

Experience. Good todayI went in to buy some gummy. There are like 8 months old talk to the manager She told me. That was it because it had demo on the packageI was never told it was a demo package. They were hard as a rock. So there was nothing that she can do for me. For that customer service sucks I think she should be fired. All over 20 something dollars she could have exchange and give me a fresh package. So check the dates

I went here and ran into a old strain that is becoming more harder to find called moonbow 112 I was septic at first because the packaging date and the date of manufacturer really old so I was scared it was going to be Dusty but I just want to say thank you product was great I'll see you guys tomorrow for some more of that moon bow 112
