STIIIZY Palm Desert

I've been coming here for about a year spending over 1000 $ here without any problems. Yesterday I get off work and try to get some wax, so I see they are having a 4 for 68 deal. I asked the short budtender with the hat backwards what 4 divided by 68 is. I was shocked when she actually refused? She said she can't help me and I should ask someone in line. The first time I ask for assistance because I couldn't figure out what 4 divided by 68 and she refuses and walks away. I got the manager and she got me a calculator and helped me figure out my problem. She was rude, not helpful at all and made me frustrated because if I'm buying something for 70$ then I should be able to know the single price of the item. I'm glad the manager helped otherwise I would have walked out and never gone back there again. Never had a problem in the 50 plus times I've been there, so be careful when shopping here for the short brown skinned girl with the backwards hat.

Always love coming here. Staff are always super friendly and quick to help. Mo always treats us amazing. So glad they have such an amazing team.

Never answer their phones, always out of products and some employees are quite rude. Unfortunately they have much to work on to keep me as a customer.

Visited Palm Desert STIIIZY yesterday. As a first time customer, the guy who checked me in said I would be eligible for a discount. Once inside, the young man who helped me was pleasant enough. I told him what I was looking for and he recommended choices from the STIIILZY label selection.

I selected several items but when I asked about my discount he said none were eligible. I decided to let that go and buy the products I'd chosen.

When I wanted to check-out, he asked for my ID so he could create a profile. I told him I didn't want a profile, I just wanted to buy some weed but he said he couldn't sell it to me without a profile on record so I walked out.

I've bought weed at Palm Royale, Western Cannabis Club, March and Ash, Coachella Leaf and a few others. All gave me a blanket discount as a first time customer and none required that I create a profile beyond showing my I. D.to access the store.

There are too many alternatives to STIIILZ who are willing to accept my money without conditions. I live closer to the new El Centro location that's having their grand-opening on Saturday but I won't be going to take advantage of the special deals because I don't want to drive 30 miles to be fed the same b.s.

Worst run stiizy store of all. Management continuous closes early at this location. Just drove 25 minutes to get here and they closed extra early as I’m writing this message. Security was especially rude.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming right as I walked through the door. Wish we had a store like this in AZ, nothing else like it if you like the product!

Great prices on 1 gram vape cartridges. Best I've seen in the desert. They are busy but the wait is never more than a few minutes. They open earlier than most places and stay open until 10.

Love this place! The ladies are always so happy, fun, and friendly, especially if you're new to the 420 world lol. Always in and out of there quickly, always have great deals on deck. Highly recommend and only go to this dispensary!

Been going to this place before they were called stiiizy and it's still one of best dispensaries in the valley. They they have everything from flower, oil, wax, edibles, joints, all diff shapes, sizes, potency and brand names and prices. The budtenders are always helpful, letting me know about deals and special. Thank you Hailey for your awesome customer service and smiles o really appreciate you. And thank you security guards for providing safety and being chill.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are good and we don't go anywhere else. Only thing is be careful when parking.

Never unsatisfied with is convenient location. Love their buy one get one 50% off on Monday’s. Staff is always so hospitable.

I’m a regular frequent customer of this location, even before stiiizy took over ownership, and it was authentic 760. I’m always greeted with smiles and the best above all customer service. All the products are good, price is right, there’s an incentive for money spent is money earned back towards future purchases, and if by any default there has to be a return or exchange they uphold professionalism and great quality service. Today I tried some baby jeeters pre rolls kiwi kush and this goes for the ladies, when the menstrual hits you need a hit, or 5 lol. The kiwi kush baby jeeters came for the cramps I was suffering from. Overall love this shop.

Great prices with sale discounts. Friendly professional staff that know their product. Mo (sp?) was super helpful and patient with my girlfriend that knows nothing about Mary Jane. I got 3$ off for the referral. Thanks ya'll
