They sold me a defective 1 gram Blue Dream cartridge. I came back three times, and every time they told me that they can only replace it with the same item. They have not restocked this in weeks and keep telling me I'm out of luck for the defective cartridge that they sold me.

Prices are good but a total joke they can't accept standard forms of payment like everyone else. Wouldn't shop here if they weren't close.

Idk why they only have 3.4 stars on here. Good weed for really good prices and the staff has been nothing but friendly. Best dispensary in the area.

Amazing Cannabis store with very much professional staff. My favorite one is Tania, but believe me all of them are adorable and got the proper knowledge about what they talk. Prices are pretty affordable, it depends on what you need. The place also looks and smells clean.

Since the first time I went to this dispensary, I was not interested in going back to any other one else, all the attendants were very friendly, and they treat you in the best possible way.

I shop regularly at Stiiizy Parckmerced and have been since it was Flight. Tonight I went in and needed to get cash out the atm and told the budtender I wanted a birthday cake, og kush, and a sour disel. I also ordered some flower. She helped another customer while I was at the atm and when I got to the register my stuff was already in the bag. I paid cash, left a tip, told the security guard to have a safe night, and walked to my car. I got to my car and immediately noticed that she put in a sour tangle instead of a sour disel. I was out of the store for less than five min when I noticed the mistake. I immediately went back in and the girl who helped me was now on break. I was told by another guy (who was apparently making the decisions for the night) about their exchange policy. I was like I’m not trying to exchange it. They gave me the wrong stuff. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was told that it’s not defective and if it was they can only give me the same strain. Acting like I just bought a new car and drove it off the lot. I was like I mumble sometimes but I know I didn’t say sour tangie. In the end the guy told me that he was sorry and they would talk to the girl. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble. This is just stupid. It was a simple mix up that could have and have been fixed on the spot. Polite bud tenders are expected. They were polite. But they gave me the wrong stuff and then didn’t make it right. It’s funny the same thing happened months ago. I ordered several pods and 1 was specifically a 1/2 gram pod. I got to my car and noticed they put in a full gram pod. I went right back in and showed the error and it’s amazing how fast the return policy changed when they took that full gram pod back on the spot. I was thanked for my honesty and I am just wondering why is it that you guys mess up and can’t even fix it while the customer is still there. Simple switch. No big deal. But at the end of the day I still have a $45 sour tangie pod that I didn’t want because your budtenders errored. But from my perspective the budtender who needs a talking to is not the one that made a simple human error, the one who needs a talking to is the one was supposed to be in charge and who took my money and made the decision to send me away without what I paid for. He told me that he could fix the problem, but then he would be the one getting in trouble. How does that make any sense? And at the end of the day why should that be put on the customer? I should have been like oh well then get in trouble and give me what I ordered. I was told to contact “Walter” the manager at a later time. I have spent a lot of money at Stiiizy and I can say I am a fan of the products. Up until tonight I would continue to shop there. But you took my money and didn’t give me what I wanted. That is not how legit business is done. Absolutely ridiculous I don’t plan on coming back.

Security guards are super nice, especially the young curly headed one. Very convenient location, one stop shop, right next to the college.

Terrible service! They do not care for their customers! I asked for Blue Dream and the person attending me gave me Blue Burst without me knowing (they were high). I could not get an exchange for this $60 UNOPENED pod and the lady attending gave me the number to the “general manager” when it was just the number to the store. This store messed up and now I have to deal with their fault.
