Stinkin Crawfish of West Covina reviews
20I have eaten here twice. The first time was everything. I had a lb of snow crab and lb of shrimp. Fresh and flavorful. My second experience not so great. The portion was small and the sauce was way to salty and thin. Your employee’s need to know more about the menu, as far as what you can do or not do. They shouldn’t have to ask the manager if I can get 1 piece of catfish with my order. Teach your employees what they can serve or can not serve.
It was great! Most places I go to have mushy shrimp this shrimp is great. Only issue is the Brussel sprouts were over cooked
I ordered peeled and headless shrimp and I got a tiger shrimp. You have to request for napkins otherwise Ana the manager said we have to request it when we order a to go. It’s a to go and it’s a shrimp and it’s not like I am going home to eat this.
Ok so I live in Whittier but been here 6 times, they are so consistent, the sauce is always tasty, the shrimp in not over cooked like other places (did I mentioned where I live) the shrimp seems to always be fresh and bigger for some reason, and the stag is so friendly, it’s like they actually trained the staff on this store, Great Job Guys you guys are awesome
Always a favorite go to spot. Prices are very reasonable. Fair beer selection. Love the fried oreo dessert. A little salty though and BEWARE of the hot spice. It is super hot!
This place was pretty good. I've ate at similar places and this one is pretty up there. The service was polite and fast but the reason I gave 4 stars was because of the spices. I ordered all spices with the HOT level is spiciness. It was maybe mild and it seemed to have salt pockets or something. It was still good but when I order something hot, I expect it to be hot.
Good Food. Great prices for beer. Great selection sea food combos. Not recommended for that first date, unless you both like garlic. Good Happy Hour. 7 big screen TVs.
Not so impressed. Over priced. Salty food. Portions small. Wait staff disappeared. But if that's your thing, then go for it.
This the best place to get crabs and shrimp done right. They serve them in a bag with their special skinkin sauce. Absolutely wonderful! You can add corn and sausage. Nice atmosphere.
Amazing, the shrimp is prepared anyway you like it.it's always done right and the service has always been great! It's like an explosion of flavors!
Amazing Food! Service was excellent!
Cajon Garlic fries are the Bomb! Calamari was delicious. Can't wait to go back and try some more!
Went to try it out on a rainy day. Found the place packed and decided to wait. Having to stand by the door or just adjacent to. We were told that we couldn't block as if that was our intention. We moved over to the side and told no to stand there either. I was uncomfortable as it was to be standing over people eating. I don't know what the guy wanted us to do. Unfortunately I won't find out how the food is but the server / host was not pleasant at all. We decided to go to a different restaurant were they might appreciate a customer a bit more. I don't appreciate being mistreated by a restaurant server.
Great staff! Food came out fast! And you get a complimentary desert after your meal. Bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers were awesome! And soo was the white shrimp with the stinkin special sauce.
It's a little overpriced for what you get, especially lobster tails. Boiling Crab any location in the area normally has a very long line so we sometimes come here, but if time isn't an issue, Boiling Crab is a better choice, better quality at least.
Food was mind of good but not feeling that there wasn't any where change a baby besides in a stall on your lap
Service is good but definitely not Cajun spiced. If you want seafood dripping in butter you'll love this. We're visiting from out of state and enjoy authentic cajun food. Our meal left us very disappointed since we expected at least good Cajun flavors. Also the meal is served in a bag of butter. Some Cajun food is meant to be eaten by hand, like crawfish, but this was unnecessarily messy. Won't be back.
Very good. A bit too much garlic and the corn on The cob is cooked In Shrimp seasonings. Just want corn without the seasoning
Horrible service, my sister and I were ignored by the girl in charge of the tables. After waiting for 30 mins, we decided to leave. I have called several times since to speak to the manager and I either nobody answers the phone or a girl answers and tell me he is not in at the moment.
My guilty pleasure when my wife is out of town, she's not a big fan of shell fish. As a solo patron I tend to sit at the bar where usually I can find sporting events I can enjoy as well as some friendly staff conversation.
I like this place and by the crowds I encounter, so do others. Keep this place on your list of "got to visit".
This place is seafood place where it's crawfish. It's american style or Louisiana style. They're catfish is very very good favorite dish at this place.
