I called with a last minute order, Thomas told me to come in ASAP and he had me in and out within 25 minutes! I only had one item, but he said no job was too small.
I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. Thomas and his crew went above and beyond to help me to get my uniform ready for work.

This has to be the greatest customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Thomas the owner took his time with me and my needs (beating cancer so I had a special request) and he did everything he could to help me and gave me the best experience and perfect custom job. Other places just brushed me off, here they treat you like family. If Cheers was an embroidery business, this would be it!

I came to this shop for my stole embroidery. Thomas is the kindest shop owner I’ve ever met! I called him about 2 weeks before my graduation, and despite his busy schedule he was able to take my stole. He was incredibly attentive, and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. Not only that but the person who embroidered my stole, Brianna, does amazing work! If I could, I would give this shop way more than 5 stars. They absolutely exceeded my expectations, and it was a pleasure meeting every single staff member. They were all so welcoming and sweet, and if I ever need anything else embroidered I would definitely come here!

I absolutely love the last minute embroidery of my daughter’s name that Thomas and his employees did for my daughter’s cheer back pack. Thomas does astonishing work. I would give him 10 stars if it allowed me. Very nice and pleasant to work with. Answered every call also returned every call back. He finished my one item within three days even tho he had 20+ orders before mine and still got it done. I highly recommend Stitch Masters over anyone here in town.

This was going to be my first time actually walking in a graduation ceremony with family and friends present, so as a first-generation student, the stole made the memory even more special by being able to incorporate a piece of my ethnic culture.

Thomas helped me through a multi-step custom process for a stole made from Lao textile, referring me to a local seamstress to make sure the fabric would fit exactly what I needed for the embroidering. This is my first post ever, but I had to do it. Thomas is such a special guy. I got married on 9-3-22 and I went into his shop a month earlier after another shop messed up my jerseys. I was in that embroidery shop for a total of 5 mins and he said he knows what I want, so 2 days later I picked it up and was not satisfied! After that I went to stitch master with a disappointing and desperate look on my face. I had 2 cubs jerseys made for me and my wife for our honeymoon trip to Chicago to watch a cubs game. He told me that he was booked but then he felt my pain and took me on as a customer with all the big orders coming in he had time for my 1 jersey. My wife was ok with hers even though I knew it wasn't right. He made 4 appointments and took his time. He told me that he felt for me and he knows how much of a big deal it was to me his team was amazing! Vang did a really good job with the software part and making the font and number look perfect and Brianna did an amazing job with the embroidery. I will for always be grateful!

This company and its owner, Thomas, are absolutely amazing. I was struggling to find a place that would take my small order. Thomas went out of his way to accommodate me, while extremely busy, and did an outstanding job. You just don’t see customer service at this level anymore. Very personable and family oriented business. I am a stay at home mom and brought my kiddos in with me. Thomas was so kind, he took my 3 year old back and showed him how the embroidery machines worked. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Stitch Master is the place to go for Embroidery! Thomas is the man for this job! Literally everyone working there helped me during their busiest time of the year “Fresno State Graduation”. They only accepts appointments but Thomas “the owner” helped me as walk in. I told him I am starting my new small business and I needed help to get polo shirts and caps with my company logo as I am starting new project next week. He did accommodate me and explained everything. He has attention to detail. Stitch Master helped me to choose the shirts and caps as well to digitalized the logo. They got it all done in less than 1 week as they were extremely busy! Thomas was very ambitious about the work I do and gave me lots of tips and how to manage and market business. Their prices are very reasonable comparing other embroidery shops. The quality and the finish is top notch. I highly recommend this place! I will be back very soon!

Words can not describe the great experience I had. I went in for a small job which consisted of a name patch on my vest, my initial thought was they probably don't have time for something so minor, Ill probably get turned down. However not only did Thomas open the door to his business to help me out but he greeted me and my wife with open arms and great hospitality, Thomas and his staff went above and beyond to help me out, and for that I will forever be grateful. If your looking for embroidery work look no further. Hands down the best place in Fresno, not just for the amazing work they do but the great man and staff behind the business, the attentiveness and self-less service you'll receive. I needed a sash done in a week for my graduation and called a bunch of places in and around Los Angeles. Everyone was booked or was charging a premium + a rush fee if they were to take on my last minute order. I was going to give up but looked up embroidery stores in Fresno and this was the first place I called! So happy I did because Thomas was gracious enough take on my sash last minute and was in correspondence through phone, text, AND email in effort to get it done just how I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I knew my sash would be taken care of and Bri had it done 3 days early!

TLDR: I was treated like family here, sash was done in less than 3 business days, unbeatable prices.

All I gotta say is amazing! Every star possible for them! I will say these guys are super busy with tons of orders so please call and make an appointment first before just coming in though. But seriously no order is to big or too small for them I came in needing just 1 shirt made ASAP and they made it happen. The guy who owns this is just the sweetest and really knows his stuff and so does his staff. Thanks guys!

Stitch Master provided 11/10 service! THEY ARE THE BEST! As an undergrad student about to graduate this week, I was more than happy with their commitment to helping me make sashes for me and my club members. I especially have to thank Briana! Without her dedication, hard work, and top-notch embroidery skills, we would probably would not have the sashes in-time for commencement. Luckily, we do! I recently had some veteran embroidery work done on graduation attire at Stitch Master and the service I received was excellent. From the time I arrived at the shop not knowing if they would even take the job being that it was a short notice request. Thomas immediately put me at ease understanding my situation presented some ideas which made it much easier. Immediately I knew my request would be fulfilled. When I picked up my items it far exceeded my expectations, I even got to meet his staff member Breanna who worked my project to personally thank her. Welcoming, kind, attentive, and passionate and incredibly intricate in his work! He took me in for custom order on a late notice and completed my product super quickly despite being so busy with other orders during graduation season. PLEASE SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES! Thomas was a sweetheart and took my order Monday for my graduation which was Friday, despite being super busy with orders. He completed my order the same night and it was ready for pick up the next morning. He and his team go above and beyond to help students. Will definitely go to him for future orders. He charges around $20 per line, mine wouldve been $60 but he charged a little extra because it was last moment. My order wouldve been around $90ish but he STILL gave me a little discount and charged me around $82! Also my sash came out perfect!
