Stockton Car Wash, Detail and Auto Steam Cleaning

Told me a price and then after done they change it. Saying it was a miscommunication issues. Not coming back again

Title: A Zero-Star Experience

This car wash doesn’t deserve even a single star. The staff's rudeness was off the charts, and their incompetence was evident in the mediocre cleaning job. Despite providing feedback about missed spots, they remained uncorrected. It was a total waste of time and money. I wholeheartedly advise avoiding this establishment.

No respect. Bad customer service and rush. I pointed out several times to clean. It’s not a good place to visit.

Extremely poor service, both in terms of customer service and carwash quality.
They washed my truck in 3 minutes and dried it in 3 minutes. An automatic carwash cleans the car better.
There were so many dirty spots all over the place. I showed the spots and got a very rude reaction and basically was told not to come back and they know what they're doing.
Even the inside was very dirty after the wash.
Definitely not going back again and I advice everyone to do the same.
These businesses should not exist until they learn to do honest with and respect their customers.

Terrible job and prices are way to high (they raised the prices by over $10) you can get a much higher quality wash elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. They destroyed my dashboard and no one would admit to doing it. They all just looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders. Prior to that I had to keep pointing out their sloppy work. They did not care about me or my car. They were just trying to take my money and get me out of there as quick as possible. There are many other places to get my car washed in this area. I will never go to this place again.

They don't even deserve any star. They were not friendly. Paid $20 for a car wash. Car not properly washed or dryed. Asked them to dry at the door frames and was ignored. RUDE! WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!

Cheap and fast car wash!
Save time and money what else can you ask for? I would definitely coming back again!

Pros:
Steam Clean - Engine and under carriage looked great after. Much easier to spot the oil leak I was having.

Cons:
Car wash - not good. Bunch of steam clean debris left and windows not cleaned properly. Probably would avoid this.
Price - I was charged a total of $493. Seems high. There’s no posted pricing and I’ve heard other (lower) pricing being charged for the same service. Maybe because my truck is older and had not be professionally cleaned before. Who knows?

Advice:
I’d likely look up other business and call for pricing before coming here. I went on word of mouth and desperation.

They have no patience to clean the car properly. They have no respect for their customers. Extremely rude. I had to point out multiple times to get the car vacuumed properly. And the person got annoyed when i requested to vacuum areas that were still dirty. They provide a very mediocre service. Definitely don't recommend this place.

Car washing service that leaves much to be desired, they left many water stains, and dirt in some parts inside, they did not vacuum well, they try to do things quickly to grab more cars and because of that they wash the cars, leaving a very bad service This is the second and last time I go

I've used the steam cleaning service a few times over the decades. A rare jewel in this type of service. I hope they're around for another 100 years.

Used to like this place as a reasonably priced car wash. However they charged me $40 (instead of the posted $20) for my snow dirty SUV.
I'm appalled that they don't honor their posted pricing and want to charge extra for dirty cars. Isn't that why you visit a car wash, because your car is dirty. It's not like they spent 2x time cleaning it!

Good value hand wash, AWESOME vacuuming for a very reasonable price. This is definitely the best value vacuum place I've found in San Jose. It's also nice to have a place where you can get a hand wash that isn't a $100 detailing, I'll definitely be coming back here.
