Took my band new quad in because it was making a weird rattle I had it for a month they were able to fix it in 1 day witch was covered by Honda warranty what was not covered by the warranty was me over tightening a bolt witch caused the threads and bolt to strip they fixed it no cost when I did the damage and was not cover by Honda! Amazing

This place has everything for all motor sports, every make and every model it seems.

Very difficult people to deal with. Take your bike somewhere else. Very low technical skill level. Lots of rules to protect the dealership. Zero customer service.

I had a really good experience considering this is the first time I had to put a bike I owned in the shop for anything other than routine maintenance. It all started one day as I was riding and my bike died on me. I’m new to the area so I looked online and SHY popped up. Had the bike towed there to see if I could have it repaired. They called me and let me know what the issue was. After that was repaired, the system was overcharging and my regulator needed replacing. They gave me good timeframes on when I could expect it to be done. After everything was completed, it was around 3 weeks or so. April in the service department is awesome and has a great attitude. I went through periods of frustration only because I am impatient. She always gave me detailed updates and put me at ease. I never felt as if I was being pacified or brushed off. I will definitely go back for all my motorcycle needs.

This is the second time I visited this establishment for parts for my friend's bike and they always have fast friendly service being as I live a couple hours away their the closest dealer that part I needed it wasn't terribly too much and I threw me a couple extra dollars for shipping and he's just going to send it on out to me which is great so I got the right part and getting it sent to me when it comes in and I've had nothing but good service there so I hope they continue to last a long time that location and do well thank you

They have it all. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the things they sell. It's the only place in down you should shop for dirt bike or street bike stuff

They changed my front tire super quick. Super happy with the service. If you buy the tire there it's 28$ for an Install with a Ballance.

Hat the parts in that I needed that no other Kawasaki shop had and gave me great directions on track

Staff seems to care about customer's service needs, but cannot help a lot if key people aren't present all the time. This is the second time in a row that I've been told that the "Gold Wing Guy" isn't here this week, so we may start working on it next week, or maybe the week after. Very discouraging.

Stockton honda Yamaha has been around for 20 plus years. I have been going there for parts and gear since I was a kid. They always have new fresh gear and helmets in stock and most parts on hand. The parts guys are always friendly and helpful. If they dont have the part they can get it and they will call you. They always have all the new bikes in stock as well.
Fair prices great service. Over all great shopping experience.

So we were fortunate enough to end up with two Factory Edition racing dirtbikes, a Husqvarna and the new Honda Works bike. Both are exceptional but for us only wanting to keep one the decision came down to the dealer we wanted to do business with, hands down SHY meets and exceeds all of our needs and expectations. Feels good to be back on a Honda.

People at parts Dept are really helpfull. You can tell that the love what they do and are very helpful.can't day the same about the sales guy up front. I was asking about getting some work done to my bike and he said they don't do it.

Awesome Dealer, Matt over at the parts department knows his stuff! Great Customer service everytime I go in. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. Highly recommended!

I like this place, good knowledgeable folks who will leave you alone when you want but are very happy to answer questions. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the cruiser selection was sparse. Most of the store was dirt bikes and related equipment.

It's my hometown dealership, even though I purchased my bike @ Berkeley Honda Yamaha but it's still a great place to buy the parts I need for my motorcycle.
