I'll go back. She seemed to rush towards the end of my service. But the experience was good.

My thumb looks like a gnome.she staring cutting my nails after putting the tips on, then waited until she got to my middle finger to ask how long i wanted them.which i wanted them longer but she had already cut them.she asked if i wanted pink powder and i said no i wanted clear powder and she proceeded to put pink powder, then when i asked her why she didn’t put the clear she told me it would look bad because my nails look broken underneath.they overcharged me for my nails, then waited to tell me after I got my nails done that it would be extra for french tip (which they charged me $10 extra for). Which the little menu board on the front counter said $5 for french tip.it took her an hour and a half to do my nails and then charger me 60$ which i paid.i went with my friend and she sat there for an hour to be seen.btw she was just getting 1 nail fixed and we had an appointment so we weren’t just walking in.they would sit people before her and then charged her $10 to just fix 1 nail.

I go here often. I am happy the finally updated the pedicure chairs. And I would give 5 stars but some employees are not so great with services. So it just depends on who you get. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

This place is not it. First of all it’s $60 for a full set which is pretty steep. But more importantly, my tech was aggressive and made me bleed. My experience was terrible and I was left with extremely painful funky looking nails for a wedding I’m in this weekend. Avoid this place at all costs. I had red gel on before and the tech filed my nails till they were paper thin to remove it but didn’t get it all and despite my telling him at least 4 times, he still put acrylic over it and you can see the red underneath. It’s so ugly. The acrylic he used was also dirty so there’s random glitter and fibers mixed in. The French tip is super uneven and when I said something, the tech aggressively grabbed my hand and put his nail under mine… separating under my nail from my skin and making it bleed. I paid and ran out of there as fast as I could. Trying to open the zipper of my purse is painful from him injuring my thumb and all my nails are very sore from the excessive filing. Never again. I do not recommend this place.

I just went to get a full set and the lady was shaping my nail and holding my finger really hard and hurting my finger my phone was about to die and I asked if could pay early before it died I specifically said I wanted two stickers and a nail full of rhinestones she didn’t make the nails all the same length in one hand and tells me when we are almost done that it’s $5 more for rhinestones because I never asked for any when I asked 3x or more for them before paying then when we are done filing and shaping, nail salons normally send me to wash my hands and continue but the lady was mad and kept going not once did they ask me to wash my hands and honestly my hands felt and still feel disgusting I’m so unhappy with my full set I asked for 2 short nails Also for job reasons and even one of them was shaped weird but I definitely will not be coming here again it’s like they have favorites for tips or something because the lady didn’t even massage my hand and it’s so unsanitary never again

Nice open big salon. Went in to get 3 pedicures. 2 adults 1 child. They wanted to charge basic $40 for my 9 years olds foot. We left. You don’t have to put any elbow grease in for a childs foot. Not for me. Not today.

Not a fun experience. Asked for full set. The nail tech over filed my nails, and did not remove all the previous polish; he cut 9 out of 10 fingers with the rotary tool, causing them to bleed; there is no consistent thickness from finger to finger.

I came in during closing time my fill was rushed, I called for them to fix it they said policy was before a week (I work crazy hours) unable to come within the week asked for the owners name she refused to give me the name then I asked who I am speaking with and she stated “ you will see me when you come in. ” Also told me that the reason the job was rushed was bc I came in during closing time. Regardless I am a paying customer and deserve the same treatment. I was not rude on the phone at all but for them to disregard my concerns was very unprofessional. I high suggest going else where not worth you money or time! If there was an option for no star I would definitely have selected that. Horrible customer care. Unempathic.

Paid for a jelly pedicure and it was watery as hell. Then didn’t even get polish added or taken off and still was charged $50. Poor customer service and they don’t even care. This is why I’m opening my own nail shop.

I loved how quick and thorough the services were at this nail salon. I recommend highly! Will be coming back here when I am in the area. I live in Daly City so may not be able to come back for awhile.

This is my favorite local nail spot. I enjoy coming here and am usually in a chair within 5 minutes. Prices are reasonable and the service is usually what you would expect at a typical nail shop.
Usually I have a pleasant experience however this time my nail set was done by Katie and I wouldn’t recommend her as far as new sets & take offs of old sets go. She was very abrasive with removing my old set that I requested a soak off adding more $$ to my total, in the past I never had to request a soak off. She was handling my fingers and hands with little to no care- using her own hands to brush off nail filing dust instead of a brush like others. Her demeanor was cold and overall was a bad experience for me. The acrylic isn’t even and filing/shaping was poorly done.
You can see in the pics how the acrylic overlay looks uneven on both thumbs and how the shape/filling is inconsistent.
Other than that, I haven’t had any issues with anyone else, I’ve been going here for couple months now.

The worst service, plus they make up prices. I went in a few times to get the same exact nails that I have been getting and when I went back prices changed almost every time. Plus they were so rude. Never again. Ya'll go and you will see! Just rude

They have become my go to for nails, especially dip powder. They take their time and very skilled! The attention to detail is great:)

Well…. I’ve made the decision TODAY 2/05/23 to no longer give my 2 year & a few months nail tech (Arden Location) anymore of my business. I’ve let slide for the past 6 months of careless and just messy nail maintenance. She was a perfect fit the first 2 years 2020,2021) I then had began to fix my nails hear & there after leaving the shop of a fresh set or fill in session. Mind you that I tipped each & every single time whether good, bad, or horrible Service. I got a fill & nail art on last week & the polish smeared the same day & the next two days 3 nails had chipped with using the “no Chip” polish I called to come back on my off day (Today) she told me 20 minutes at first, after waiting I was then asked could someone else fix my nails? Which to me mean pay or tip again. Today I’ve decided to search for another technician to better service me. BTW it’ll be tacky to mention her name, however she’s a good person she just no longer a good fit for me.

This has only been my third time going to them and I can say but I've been highly satisfied. Her design is drawn by hand so the nail tech is very talented.even though the design is simple, that's my style I'm a simple person so I loved simple cute designs. The ladies there are so nice and professional. This is going to be my new nail spot Highly recommended. I only had recommend because they don't talk unless you talk to them first and they're not forcing a conversation. I'm not a talkative person, I always feel like I'm forced to speak when nail techs ask me a question even though I don't have to respond, but it just feels rude not to respond whenever the nail tech talks to me. I also feel that if the nail tech is having a conversation with me they're not focused on my hands and I need their attention on my hands because they mess up imma be that customer. I'm all about spa days I want silence I want relaxation I deal with noise all day. So I highly recommend this place they are sweet clean and friendly I can't get any more relaxed than that.
