Stoneman Elementary School, Pittsburg CA

Miss Clark is amazing I give her 5 stars she goes the extra mile for every child no matter what. There are a few other staff members that are great as well. The vice principal is one sided she is not completely for the children she doesn't understand different cultures. She picks on Urban children.

Five stars for Crystal from the front office who is always so nice and ready to help everyone. She answers all my questions in a timely manner and provides detailed information. Five stars for Mrs. Ortuno who is one of the nicest teachers ever. Two stars for the principal, Ms. Clark who is condescending when she talks to you and doesn't provide helpful information, she passes the buck. She also has the students stand outside in front of the school to line up before the bell rings, rain or shine, not to mention in the freezing cold. There are too many cars driving by for the whole school of students to be standing outside. According to another review, she was very pleasant, this seems like she's selective in who she's nice to. I want my kids to be in a school with a positive environment. The attitude of the principal can reflect onto the teachers then the students. I hope going forward that everyone, staff, parents and students work together to help each other and stay positive.
