I started going through domestic violence May 2022, and informed the front office that my ex had assaulted my parents in front of my children and I and was yelling at and getting physical towards me. I sent them all the paper requested which was a restraining order so legal I could not be there. My ex stayed and purposely let charges rack up. They could have been more helpful and communicated more effectively when the lives of children and their mother involved or whoever the party being abused should not be taken lightly I feel the front office and their corporate office could’ve handled my situation where it should’ve been handle. I should not have a charge from them on my credit report I wasn’t there and LEGALLY could not be.

We just moved in and we are in love with this place. Our dogs love it and the neighbors are very chill.

The design is ok, but they will try charging you as much as possible to keep your deposit. Maintenance isn’t even great either

Very nice place to live. Well manicured and quiet. The layout of the apartment on the inside was nice and spacious. And Steven and Shelby were great. They took time to go over everything. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed.

Frank in maintenance was knowledgeable, professional, and kind as always!

We've been living here for about two and a half months and have been really disappointed with our decision to live here. I'm going to be completely honest so that others who are considering moving here are aware of the truth:
PROS:

-They do landscape and maintain all of the grass, trees and bushes within the complex.
-They are pet friendly but do charge $50 rent per animal.
-The girls in the office are very friendly.
- Location is awesome! Very close to the freeway, Target, Walmart, Costco, Sprouts, Hobby Lobby, ETC.

CONS
-This place is infested with roaches and their solution is to offer free pesticide services. So they will willingly offer you to poison your environment at no cost! I told them I had roaches (even though we are so clean, take out our trash every night, and leave no food out). They called me the following day to offer free pest control but I had to pass since we would have to leave our home for 5 hours and we have pets so what if my cat accidentally eats a poisoned roach and gets sicks or even worse dies.

- We have lived here for only two and a half months and these are the items we have had to put a maintenance service for: Plumbing, water pressure in shower, and our A/C multiple times.

- We were told that our unit was previously rented by hoarders and very filthy people. They also told us that because of this everything in our unit is brand new. This is false. I think the only new thing about our unit is the carpet and new paint. Our kitchen cabinets are super out dated and we have found areas in our kitchen filled with dead roaches and roach eggs. Our fridge's lining is also falling off so we've had to glue that back on.

-There are many imperfections within our apartment. The windows should have been replaced a long time ago.

- The amenities are truly not worth the price we pay. When we were given the tour we were not even shown the "gym" which is actually just a living room size cardio room. One of the two pools was closed for about two weeks and the property sent out the wrong pool location informing us of the wrong one being closed.

- Don't get me started on the washers and dryers. There is always at least 2-3 washers that are broken and they don't refund the money if the washer did not work properly. Their dryers are also very spotty. We were also informed by a maintenance worker that we have to make sure that we keep the laundry room door locked because there has been several reports of clothes being stolen (possibly by homeless).

- The lovely Upland P. D visits our awesome complex at least 1-2 times per week. I do not feel safe at all after noticing all the times that the police is called here.

- Unfortunately even though the grass and bushes are maintained.you will always see dog poop anywhere that you walk. People here do not clean up after their dog.

- The dog park always has dog poop that has not been picked up and just infested with flies.

-There are several stray cats in the complex. I've seen a cat piss on someone's car tires.

- We were told by the girl at the office that we should never have an issue with parking. We do get one assigned car port but if you have a second vehicle you will not be able to find parking after 4: 30 PM.

Affordable, Beautiful, Safe, and diversity Wonderful people at the front desk, clean and Fair prices. They don't rip off people like other complexes.

Both maintenence technician were very helpful. Cleaned up And accomplished the job that had to be done very Thankful for the work they did for me I will always have trust on my maintenence team thank you guys again

I appreciate the promptness of doing the repair on my screen door. Maintenance was professional and helpful!

Stoneridge is refusing to fix the problem in our apartment. They say there is nothing else they can do. It is still there problem to call someone to fix it. I will be filing a complaint with the health department and seeking a lawyer. They want their rent on the 1st, but can't fix a problem in our apartment and it has been almost a month.

I believe many of the positive reviews are fake here. This place is infested with roaches, they have poor maintenance, poor management and just overall not a good place to rent. I had a horrible experience and they will not let you see your unit until you sign your lease. They will only show you the model which is obviously nice and clean but your own unit will be … not so clean and nice.

Be careful doing laundry here. They will steal your clothes, happened to me twice already. This place don't have cameras.

The Assistant Manager, Dickson Lezama, was very helpful and courteous and genuinely concerned with our situation. His assistance in getting us through the rather tedious application process that has to be surmounted in order to get an apartment here was exemplary!

Definitely room for improvement.

The windows need to be updated to eco friendly. Condensation generates mold.

Installing cameras is highly recommend to catch car thieves and for liability purposes.

Hold dog owners accountable for not picking up after pooches

Laundry room wars, bcuz tenants are inconsiderate by hogging up the laundry room forgetting to remove clothing in a timely manner.

Maintenance, on a budget and forced to Mickey mouse things at times, not their fault, it's corporate. I get it.

Pros.
Located near freeway, mall and restaurants

Cons.
Over priced (blame corporate) run down, needs updating, dog park instead of playground, (should be both) increased car theft, no cameras, dumpster divers, parking wars. Mickey mouse and not the happiest place on earth. Charge backs for utilities. Late fees and eviction notices after the 5th day being late
