7A lot has changed, and honestly, it's gotten worse. Service is terrible regarding the bar, they have no customer service skills and lack of communication.
We used to eat at Sammy's restaurant in Stone's Casino 3 or 4 times a month and we were never disappointed with food or service. Their prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. Well, sadly that has all changed. We went for Happy Hour the other day and the restaurant was empty, with maybe 2 tables of people eating. Easy right? No. We sat in a booth and watched the wait staff do everything but come to our table for 13 minutes, so we moved to the bar. The bartender did his job well, I will say that. He got us our cocktails and took our order right away, he had 4 other people at the bar. When we looked at the menu I was shocked at how high their prices have gotten! The shareables are still half-price during Happy Hour however now they're twice as much! You can get a street taco for $9 - $11, just one, not two, and they aren't on the Happy Hour menu so full price.
All in all the food was still good and the drinks were good but the service and the prices will probably keep us away.
They were under staffed, so long wait times. Wanted mini duck tacos, but they had been out for several days. Food was good, but not great. I expected better in a casino.
Nice place, good wait, staff, and excellent food. The tables are pretty tight. Added bonus excellent security, and even have slots to park for us veterans
We go to the Sammy's restaurant which is my absolute favorite, they have an awesome menu and the food is delicious
Its smoke free environment makes for the best local card house experience. The food at Sammy's is excellent!
The place is awesome but you must get there early about 3-5pm if you want to have a sit.the place gets packed up fast it's becomes a standing room.great bartender, friendly, quick service. Sorry but I didn't have time for a picture due to the crowd, so I had a beer and left.
