What a great experience with Stoneside! Andrea came to my home and efficiently guided me through selecting the perfect shade styles and colors for my living room and bedroom, Ryan was able to answer all my questions about their installation the day he came out to take measurements, and Sam did a fantastic job installing them 2 weeks earlier than I’d expected. Bailey, who did all the scheduling, was an excellent communicator through it all. Every team member was patient with my questions and professional from start to finish. If I could give a higher recommendation than 5 stars for Stoneside and this team, I would.

Our experience working with Stoneside has been excellent from beginning to end. Mariko, our design consultant, did a fantastic job in guiding us through the entire process of selecting our window coverings. We had consultations with two other companies before choosing Stoneside, and we were beginning to feel very overwhelmed with what to do for the windows in our home. Though from the very beginning of the consultation with Stoneside, we knew we were in good hands with Mariko.

She patiently walked us through all the options, while adding her style recommendations based on her expertise in a way that was complementary to our preferences and needs. Mariko was highly professional and came prepared with all of the samples of different fabrics and styles that we wanted to view. She gave us great suggestions on unique details of different rooms in our home, like window styles, privacy, heat control, and preserving the views from outside.

By working closely with Mariko and discussing all of our options, we felt 100% confident in the choices we made for our window coverings. We were surprised by how fun and exciting it was to make the final selections, and that was all thanks to Mariko’s calm and kind demeanor throughout the consultation. We ended up choosing motorized shades for one of our spaces, and we were particularly impressed with the services and cost-effective options that Stoneside provided.

Overall, we noticed a dramatic improvement in the insulation and heat control of our home, while still preserving some natural lighting and maximizing the views of the Bay from our home. Sean, our installation specialist, did a great job with installing all our window coverings in a timely and efficient manner. With such an important long term decision, we are very happy that we chose Stoneside and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install window coverings in their home.

We had very large window. Andrea was not able to provide the large size we wanted. But she was super professional and kind. She was very helpful in giving me the store names i can get the shade size i need. I would love to work with her in the future for smaller size windows. Very responsive, professional and personable.

I bought my blind with Stoneside in Nov/2020. Found out about the company from research and had my appointment with the Design Consultant Mariko which I felt very confident about my decision. She was very knowledgeable, great customer care, and professional. I love my blinds, excellent quality, service, and price were very competitive.

Sean, the installer, followed all covid precautions and did a great job. He got here on time, was very efficient, and my blinds look perfect.

A fantastic experience working with Mariko our Designer and Sean our Installer.   A crisp, professional process from first meeting to completed install.   Lovely samples sent quickly to our home to assist with decision making.   Zoom Meetings, calls, home appointments occurred on time as scheduled.   Cycle time from decision making to install was very fast, our Solar Shades were installed a few business days ahead of committed schedule.    Would happily use Stoneside again.

They were great to work with and Kelsea really helped my figure out what was best for my house and budget. Sean did wonderful job doing the install. I'll will definitely use them again for my next window project.

Kelsea has provided my partner and me with the best customer service that I've experienced in a long time. I'm quite particular, and the entire Stoneside team (Kelsea, Heidi, Stephen, and Case) was fantastic. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. Their safety protocol during COVID was top-notch, and overall the shades turned out great!

Thanks to their Somfy recommendation. I now have smart Alexa voice-controlled shades for my condo. I've been recommending them to all of my neighbors and friends.

Very happy with the process and end product. Kelsea was great with design decisions and expertise. Friendly and professional. She made the whole process smooth, fast and clear. Mike was also very friendly and professional and made us feel like we were in great hands. The installation was quick as well. There was a minor error with one of the blinds (hardly noticeable) but Mike noticed it and fixed it very fast.

The blinds themselves are great and we are very happy with how they turned out, especially given the competitive pricing. But most importantly, we felt like we found a team we could truly trust - and that's not trivial in this industry

Kelsea helped us in designing our shades and we loved what she helped us pick, she was very kind and has a great eye for design. Mike installed 7 of our blinds. Kelsea could not have been more professional or kind- she went above and beyond answering all of our questions and making sure our tricky window situation worked out. We love our solar and privacy shades and would highly recommend working with this team. The installer was timely and cleaned up after himself- did a great job.

Mike did an incredible job at installing everything. Such incredible attention to detail. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfectly including reordering a shade that was just slightly off. Attention to detail was off the charts.

I am very pleased with the process and outcome of this investment. Very professional people and I think these blinds will be durable and long lasting.

Stoneside is fantastic - especially Kelsea and Travis. Kelsea was wonderful to work with for the planning, and design/styling. She and Stoneside were very competitive on pricing, and offered a better variety of product than their competitors - as well as having superior customer service, she was reachable all the time and worked easily around my schedule. Travis was great to have on installation. He was professional, kind and courteous. He called ahead to ask if he could come early on the day of installation which worked great for me, was done in almost half the time originally spec'd, and was very helpful walking me through the motorization setup. All around 5-star experience, couldn't recommend them enough.
