In the beginning when we first started with them they were great. Last year we filed our 2022 returns late so they could help with our past years and help get us on the hardship program. Everything went great for my husband's 2022 taxes. Altho I am having trouble with mine. Got a very concerning letter from IRS on Thursday of last week. I immediately called that evening leaving 5 or more different messages with 3 different folks. 24 hrs later I finally got a call from a lady. She seemed confused saying I should have got a refund. I told her that was on my husband's she kept insisting it was on mine. Then she finally told me to e-mai pics of the letter. I did that very evening. I finally got a response a couple hrs ago. It says and this is ALL it said " They probably charged you a late filing fee when pics I sent her clearly state otherwise. Penalties and interest! I sent an immediate response asking what could be done and what about them representing me like they did for the earlier years like was stated to me when I agreed to have them figure 2022 taxes. Still waiting on a response They helped fix several years of our taxes so I was worried. I'm beginning to feel otherwise.

At the beginning the communication was good but later on I never known where I stand on my case or any direction no detail etc…

This company is full of bologna. I've been with them over a year. Paid over 75% of my taxes and still nothing has been done. Don't waste your money, time or energy. They leave out a lot of information until after the fact with no results or resolution in the end.

Excellent communication with a full updated portal for a clear definition of what stage you are at during the process. So far I am happy with the clear communication and not experiencing any "left in the dark" worries.very happy at this point!

Hard to get a hold of them and send emails with just that they recieved my documents. They need to respond by telephone.

Horrible company. They lie, take your money and do not do anything with your case. They will not refund or return calls. Then when you complain, they act like they were trying to contact you. If you are reputable you would return my money. You stated that you would show what you have done, yet I have yet to see any proof of what you did. I have spoke to irs directly and they dont even have any proof of you filing anything or negotiating anything. Scam Company Stay away!

I was told I was talking to a lawyer and he stated that I only had 5 days left to start the case or it was going to be too late to help. He said they would require 3000.00 up front and they could proceed. He also stated they could reduce the amount of money I owed the I. R. S. This place never kept in touch with me, I always had to call them, except when they said they were finished with my c a se. They didn't help at all.

Everyone here has been very helpful. Any time I have questions or concerns. I am always receiving a very quick response. I am very thankful and appreciative of this company.

The program took advantage of me by charging me for your service, without reducing my debt with IRS. You people advised me to stop making payments for 3 months which I would have been close to finishing paying off by now.
I would not recommend the program to anyone, not to my worse enemy.
