Storage Direct was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating with a stressful move situation. I worked with Kelly Ferrantino and she was wonderful! She went above an beyond for us.

I absolutely love Patricia at Storage Direct. She genuinely cares about her customers and deserves a raise! She has worked with us a few times when we didnt have the money to pay. I thought i was about to lose my storage and she eased my mind by letting me know i can pay a little late. Her customer skills are amazing! This is one of the best storage places I have ever had. Thank you Patricia and storage direct!

I loved how they were able to help me in every aspect of help. That includes the pricing too. Kelley was especially dear to me as she made my stay comfortable!

I’m real satisfied with the staff! The property is always clean! It’s always easy to navigate through the property and I feel my things are safe there.

I have always had a positive experience with the personnel and ground maintenance is excellent. They promptly return calls and I especially appreciate the rental reminders. Unlike other storage companies monthly late fee charges after day 5, theirs extend to the 10th of the month. Yes the price increases are annoying (and so are the food prices) So my star rating is a 4.8… just because. Sure would be nice if they offered a Senior discount. At any rate, it’s very helpful to have a late fee extension when payday comes only once a month.

Best Storage to store all of your needs. Monthly payment easy to make via phone, employees are nice & friendly! Would highly recommend this to anyone!

I have never had the pleasure of storing my items in such a wonderfully maintained storage facility. Storage Direct Roseville is by far the only facility that I could honestly recommend. If you have the need to store your items, then Storage Direct Roseville is your place to go!

They were mean to me they were pushed me around the office they were telling me what an idiot I was just kidding they were very friendly very helpful very knowledgeable took care of me of course They took my money lol but I would recommend this place it’s five stars

If incompetence was a place you have found it. Our HOA stored stuff here and they either refuse to work with our management company, intentionally mix things up, or are very incompetent. Misspelled emails for contact, incorrect amounts due when management requests payoff amount, when our management asked for auto pay they never sent the info, not to mention didn’t even have correct email address. We are just better off removing our stuff. I came in to personally pay off whatever they need because when our management called they didn’t give them the full payoff amount, Pat turned me away after several attempts to get my credit card to take, I asked if she had it typed in correctly and she said yes. So I drove home to get cash and when I called the CC company they said she had the expiration date entered wrong. I let her know but she’s totally in denial. While removing all of our stuff I see there are homeless people living in here as well. There are at least 3 or 4 guys coming and going. I’m just glad we are out. If you decide to store here good luck. If you pay everything in advance and don’t have 3rd party management to go thru you might be ok.

I have been known to change reviews from misunderstandings or whatever else may have happened in the past.

Tamara was very friendly and efficient. The unit cost and lock prices were less expensive than other places I’ve been.

The staff here are really nice. Tamara, the manager is great. I have not moved in my things yet, so I can’t speak to the storage unit itself, but the staff’s customer service skills are really wonderful. Helpful with the process and friendly.
