I normally wouldn’t complain. But today I found out items from my storage unit were stolen with no evidence of forced entry. When I informed the person up front they were very confused and offered us no consolation over the items we lost. I understand that there is so much they could do but we placed trust in their property and felt that our items were going to be safe. We are a military family and lost a lot of irreplaceable items such as uniforms, awards, and items we had gotten in our time in service. Along with that with some photos of my family and items that belonged to my children. There was definitely a better way to have handled a situation like this but I do not feel any type of relief or satisfaction. I will be closing my account and taking the very little that was left. Wouldn’t trust their services again. Oh and that yellow and black container was left in there with a bunch of random stuff that do not belong to us. It was a very suspicious situation

The service was absolutely amazing and Stephanie was so incredibly welcoming and friendly! Everything was very well organized and put together, my personal needs were met and the experience gave me an extraordinary amount of satisfactory!

Promo codes off web not honored. FYI! Even if given options to pick a promo code. They not going to honor a promo and web discount from web site. My Whole reason I chose this storage was due to the promo code they allow u to pick off list.but! You won't see promo when done and they cant correct or fix with adding it to contract. So yeah left messages talk to several and if I canceled I can't get ins or admin fee back sooo. Not happy to start. Yes friendly polite but not helpful with correcting or clear about prices off web site.refund only of monthly cost if canceled in first 48hrs. Stuff not even moved in and unhappy start. They shouldn't allow option of picking promos if not going to honor it. With no way to fix in system to give promos DONT OFFER if not going to honor or fix!
