Actually never been there. Went did my taxes at Jackson Hewitt in the business center. But it very clean area

Extremely TERRIBLE customer service. "Stacey" making rules that are not posted! If the facility is a cashless facility you should take the time and post a nice visible sign that let's customers know of this stupid case by case policy.
