Worst Customer Service girl in the front very unprofessional rude i had my stuff here before an didn't have a problem but this one now very bad they could do better in hiring someone else.

Place looks clean, lots of camera's to make you feel safe and cost was good. Can't say much more just rented the unit yesterday. Girl in the office really Nice.
This storage raises the price by $10 every six months, sometimes $14. Already send several emails asking why rates increase too much, they never respond. 1 year and 1/2 they increase my rate by $34 dollars
"The price is right" -the only nice thing you could say about this place. The elevator is always broken or has signs on it saying that it's broke but they don't want to have anyone using it. Rotten Place the business has really gone downhill. Wet, horrible dank. This is not the place for valuables this is the place when you have a hoarder for a soulmate and you're trying to placate them
I highly recommend this storage location. They have been excellent and extremely helpful. Their 1st month promotion is incrediblyaffordable. Crystal was so helpful and informative getting us the perfect storage space.
