My brother rented a unit here and had upwards of $6000 worth of items stolen from the unit. Management realized it was broken into, put a new security lock on the door and did NOT call my brother or the police about the theft. Absolutely insane lack of accountability. The investigation was delayed by god knows how long because of the complete absence of communication. Other individuals we talked to also have seen or had stuff stolen from their units. If you care about your belongings in any way do yourself a favor and find a different, more secure storage unit complex.

This facility and it’s employees do not care about you our your things. My friend has rented a unit here for over a year and today he went to move things out and into a new apartment. He came in to find a new lock on the unit that was not his and could not open. When asking the manager on duty they could not explain why there as a new lock and upon further inspection found that the unit had been broken into and things stolen. The facility never called or reached out in any way to let my friend know that his unit had been broken into and tried to cover it up by putting another lock. Other units also looked to be tampered with. Cameras only show the doors into and out of the block and the facility. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY.

First I asked if they had any grounds level units available I was told now 2 minutes later the clerk was showing somebody to empty units on the ground level I cut myself on the freight elevator due to the screw sticking out where you grab to open it overall completely horrible experience I will never go to store America again by the way I cancelled the month that I was going to rent and backed out of it because of the way I was treated by this Clerk

Moving truck is never available. Most units don’t have a spot that would fit a new boron-carbide round master locks. Lift is broken in some units. It’s really hard to turn around in a large van or vehicle in the complex. Walls are falling apart inside. Not worth the price. The staff is nice though. That’s why the one star.

The facility is nice and clean. Had a problem when I reserved their truck to move my things. On the day that I reserved, the truck it was unavailable, as a result I had to make multiple trips with my pickup.exhausting day.

I found the young man who helped me, to be extremely helpful and friendly and want your company to know how much he helped me.

I received a phone call one day telling me that he had found that I had failed to lock my large unit, No. 1954, and that he had put one of your blue locks on it, protecting my contents until I could replace it.

I’ll always remember that kind and helpful assistance.

From walking in the door to putting my stuff in my new storage unit took only an amazingly fast 10 possibly 15 minutes and the facility is def. Clean though a bit out of date

I think it's a little overpriced. Otherwise, the place is secure and clean. The sometimes functioning lift is a plus.

I’ve only ever spoken with Jose and he is so friendly and extremely helpful in every way! If for no other reason I recommend this place solely for its outstanding customer care!

I have rented a storage unit from them this being my third time (moved around a bit in the last few years.) I have rented a unit from this same Oceanside location and will continue to do so if I need to. Jose the Manager is the most accommodating and professional property manager I have dealt with. I had a time constraint and he immediately came to the rescue by allowing me to use the free moving truck to cut my time from potentially 10 hours to 3. I am eternally grateful this type of customer service still exists. In the past, I have always been reminded of rent being due with a phone call so I don’t accrue a late fee. I appreciate this type of attention because life can get hectic. I will always reach out to them first for storage needs. Thank you Jose and staff for always putting the customer first!
