I would highly recommend going in to office to reserve a spot. As booking online is not clear in terms of first month special. Example I signed up on 27th for move in 1st month special, although it only would be for remaining 3 days of month. And on 1st would be full price. My assumption that it would be 30 days was not right and of course Customer is wrong when I spoke with person at office. Lesson Learned and waste of hard earned money.

This is my 2nd time using StorAmerica on Federal Blvd. This time the Manager is Daniel. Another great experience. Helpful and professional. The only word of advice I can tell my fellow customers is to take note when they have their lunch hour so you know not to try and do business then.

Very pleased with my experience with StorAmerica. While it was great to have a good offer that brought me in, use their moving van to bring all my belongings, plus have access to their wheeled carts that made moving so much easier in a clean unit (with a window!), it was management and staff that made my stay memorable. Krista is a sharp on the ball individual. The staff were all friendly and helpful. When I have need of a storage unit, I plan on going there again.

The property managers’ assistant Scarlett was very fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Daniel was a very big help. Hes very accommodating and very pleasant. He keeps his word on when he says he'll help you.

Somebody was still in my unit, but the management upgraded me to a bigger one with a big discount.

Scarlett is very helpful great customer service. Ive always came to her does everything quickly no more than 10 min i would say. This is the only storage place ive came too.

Seems secure and clean, they do need to install lights that work in the units. Other than that no problems so far.

These guys are cool the lobby always smells really clean I like that once in a while for some random reason the office is closed in the middle of business hours but it's usually not for too long and I definitely like the fact that they have a cart available for me to use because I am in an upstairs unit I appreciate them

I want to say that my husband and i have had a wonderful experience with this storage location. Will return if needed. Thank You Jazmin for being an awesome employee and making this move out process easy for us. Will recommend to friends and family.

I want to thank Jazmin for helping my wife and i with our move in process, she was by herself in the office & had a line of people and she managed to accommodate everyone all at once. She is super professional & looks like shes been doing this for a while. Jazmin once again thank you for how smoothly the rental went when you helped us out and gave us amazing tips.

Office personnel is the rudest I've ever encountered, and I've had storage units all over the city.

This place saved our apartment of stuff! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Even when I call to ask my vague confusing questions they are always willing to help! Thank you Krista!

If you want to be treated badly, get ripped off, talked down to and unappreciated - go here. I saw their website and wanted to rent a 10 by 10 storage unit. I went to the location and told them the size and price from their website. The woman there said they don't have that size at that price. I showed her the webpage and she said that wasn't there storage facility. I pointed out that the address on the web page matched their address and that the name of the facility on the webpage was the same as their name outside. She insisted that wasn't them and she could not rent me a storage unit for that price. She also mentioned that the phone number on that webpage wasn't theirs either. So while she started telling me her specials which were nothing special I dialed that number, the phone rang, and she answered. She looked dumbfounded and hung up the phone. She said there was nothing she could do she could not rent me a unit at that price. I don't want to waste any more of your time telling you the rest of this adventure into the Twilight Zone of storage facilities. Avoid this place. Go anywhere else and you will definitely be happy.

Last night I went to rent a 10 x 10 unit. Their website had a special - first floor - first month free - $125/month. The woman at the counter tells me it will be $167. I told her I wanted the special on their website. She said they don't have such a special. I look it up on my phone and I show her. She said that isn't their website and that's not their phone number. I verified the address on the website and as she was explaining her rates, her phone rang. I had called the number on the website and although she claimed it wasn't her number, she just answered it. So I told her to hook me up with the unit on the website. She said she couldn't adjust her prices that low unless the corporate office authorized it. It was one sorry excuse after another working real hard to dissatisfy a potential customer. I will be contacting the company about this and will update this review.

Love the experience I have had with this company. They are polite and friendly and help in any way they can. The property is safe and clean. I would definitely recommend that anyone looking for a storage facility contact them.

These people suck to the max. They are thieves and If I didn't need to get my grand daughters stuff out of storage I would of taken them to court for not being honest and upfront.

The managers are well informed, friendly and very active on the property. They respond quickly and intelligently to issues and questions. Prices are good.

Krista, Ebony and Andreas were very helpful in getting me a storage when everything else has not gone right. The experience was so comforting, the customer service excellent, and property was clean thanks to Andreas. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Nice looking facility, got cameras, gated and even has new elevator to help you get stuff to the second floor. Aj at the front desk is really friendly. Answered all my question, right when i walked in the office greeted me with a smile.showed me different options prices and sizes for the storage that i need. Definitely recommend coming and get a storage here plus they got great specials.
