Very clean. Strict rules and regulations enforced but with the intention of providing a safe and secure area for your personal items. The manager is also very firm, but polite as she gets her point across about the rules and regulations. I would recommend to others. Also, this storage has the highest rating amongst the other storage facilities within the area and it is obvious why when you drive in.

I been having a storage for over a quarter and manager “Jose” always, welcome and communicate effectively. He makes the storage unit feel safe and secure, and on top of that the area is clean.

Well kept clean nice facility. However the hours are not.the gate is open tell 644 but the web site that says 7 pm
if your one minute l after the 645; you will be
greeted by that nice office man turned very un professional calling me out of my name having me wait 29 minutes to reset a computer to open the gate. Really. They have preset codes for lift master gates that you can set restrictions.there was no need for his behavior toward me nor his attack. On my character. That said he could have simply informed me once again that the gate closes at 644 not 645 like the sign says or 7 as posted in the web. And further more what the customer understands. 3 different things And we have not been here but 3 weeks. So today I will be relocating just what I want to do. Thanks

months go by after moving out. Closing my account they send me a collection bill $650.00
I would assume they would say I did not give notice properly.
Wich could not be anywhere close to the case. I gave them many reasons why I was moving my things out and to there will not be a next month billing.
So I did just what I said and moved my things out. Management made it difficult for me knowing my schedule.gate code all of a sudden didn't work anymore one time and had to find the nice manger to reset it. And I thinking this is really not cool.
What eales is not cool is sending some one a collection bill for something not Owed
Not the side of America I choose to support.
