Inefficient system with poorly trained staff. Cost too much to have so little knowledge of their own system. Call center not provided with accurate information so you get different info during business hours when they pick up bs when store reps pickup. Store reps have no clue or clear understanding so they provide lackluster service. I’ve asked to speak with a manager multi times it has never happened. Raise rates and change systems without proper notice. SABE YOURSELF THEY’RE TERRIBLE

I like the idea that they are not trying to price gouge U right out of ur possessions over time. They are courteous & willing to help

Store local Self Storage has great staff, wonderful to deal with. Initially I was a customer of Public Storage who have very strict rules with late payments and are not accommodating with people that don’t have an email account. No way to make my payment without visiting the facility during business hours. Then Store local Self Storage took over and I was much happier with them. They took my payment over the phone. Very happy now.

1 Star. Don't do it. Look to Public Storage and ask for Jasmine at the Century and LA Cienega. You will definitely get a better deal and a better space for your money. Plus, public storage has a website.

The alarm siren goes off almost every single night randomly, ever since right before the pandemic hit. For awhile it was every night for a few months in a row. Supposedly the alarm was broken and they were waiting for a part to fix it. That was supposed to have happened a few months ago, yet the siren is blaring as I type this and has been the last 3 days. It’s EXTREMELY disruptive to the residents living in the area.

Easy transition no issues. Very professional experience. Management Jordan was very helpful. Highly recommend

This facility is a great off the beaten path storage where there is not a lot of traffic and everyone seems to come and go like they should. Emmanuel had assisted me two days in a row with the upmost courteousness and kindness. This is a gem of a property and you will not be disappointed storing here, all units are on the ground, no elevators to break down. Nice surroundings and nice professional people, like Emmanuel to assist you with your storage needs. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.

I've been with this storage facility a little over 2yrs & I have zero gripes! The location has low traffic, the staff is always friendly & willing to assist, and the property is always well maintained. If you're looking for storage, consider checking this location out.

I went to this location after leaving another one that had horrible customer service. Jasmine greeted me with a smile and assured me she would take care of my needs. She was such a pleasure to work with as she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the property. I was able to rent my unit and download the mobile app to get me going. I am soooo relieved I gave this location a chance. Thank you Jasmine!

My experience with the employees there has always been welcoming. I can tell that they enjoy working there. Always a positive environment with everyone being courteous and helpful. The manager Jasmine is just an amazing individual. Her energy definitely transfer to her employees.
