Stor'em Self Storage, Chula Vista CA

Pretty much comparable to most storage rentals. Safety of your items is acceptable compared with other places to store what you want. A garage on an alley doesn't work. I tried and lost more than my shirt!

Honestly, this facility is the best! The staff are great people. The atmosphere is friendly. Keep it up!

As soon as I came in both girls in front desk (Ayleen & Serina) were super helpful and nice. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and something close by as I requested. Great storages and excellent customer service. They explained all of the paper work instead of just telling me to sign. If you’re looking for a storage this is the spot to go to

Worst place! I got robbed and instead of helping the police with the investigation they made it as difficult as possible. They told the police they needed a warrant just to see the camera footage. Then when they finally got the warrant they said they don't keep footage longer then a month. Something fishy going on it seems.

I had a very rewarding experience with the office at Prime Storage at Trousedale Drive. Eileen and Sabrina were very helpful, cordial and compassionate to my situation. They went out of their way to help me out. They made my day better considering what we, our family is going through. Thank you both and God bless

I have been in this storage location for many years at this time I have four units, I recommend this public storage location - it has easy access and is clean - the manager and the staff always treat you with respect and are easy to communicate with.
