I don't normally leave reviews. However, I have to give Phil kudos for his excellent customer service and patience at the front desk. Phil showed me several units until i finally made a decision. I highly recommend Prime Storage in San Marcos because they have great prices and a very clean facility.

When I first rented, the business was under different ownership. This year, I noticed water leaks in the ceilings of both units I rent and 4 months later they said they hoped to get them taken care of soon.
Under the new ownership, they are difficult to get hold of, the phone prompts don't send you to the proper selection, the office staff doesn't return calls.
I had a billing problem, and their immediate solution was to file a lien on my units and send an email. I responded to email, asking for details, no response. I called and requested information- no response. I left messages, no response, and finally today, they returned a call and were very cold and unwilling to work with me in any way. They finally said they would send a message to General management and "maybe" they would be willing or able to do something.
I'm very disappointed. It was a fine company until it sold, and we were very happy to have found them.

Great people there. I lost my keys on the first week I was there, talk about being totally embarrassed. But it was no problem for the friendly staff. That's when I knew I chose the best place to store my stuff. Thank You!

Was fine, still awaiting confirmation that the office here locally revived notice that I checked out of the rental today and advise lady I ha d cleaned itout, swept and wondered about unused rental time. Also confirmation that they agree that everything is fine.

Price is fair, lots of units to choose from, staff is courteous. Only complaint would be the gate hours. By the time I get over there after work there isn't enough time to get to anything before having to be off the property.

Becoming very overpriced. Increases without notice. No calls no nothing. Will only call to remind you to make a payment but that is few and far between also. Storage is Storage, judge for yourself. To each their own.
