Storke Car Wash reviews
20The machine timed out on me after I already had $2 in it while I was looking for the last dollar to put in so by the time I found the dollar it said I hadn't put any money in
I go there at least once a week and rarely have a problem with the car wash not working properly. The vacuums also work very well
Last time one station didn't have high pressure and that caused a ton of chaos for the people queuing up. Otherwise it's the only place in the SB area that I'll take my car to for the last 12 years.
Horrible experience. One of the machines didn't work at all (the credit card reader was broken), and the other one had very weak pressure.
A bit cheaper, "do it yourself" car wash. $5 is enough for a 4 door sedan. I would recommend brining your own soft car sponge, the scrub bubble brush may scratch your car. They also have a vacuum area, just beyond the washing stalls.
Although the only game in town as far as coin operated carwahes are concerned, this is a very modernized facility.
Excellent water pressure. My vacuum location had a coin lodged in the slot but I manages to relocate to one that was operable. Overall, good job.
Nice clean, fully functional, reasonably priced. Its nice to have the choice of cash or card.
I wouldn't wash my car here again because they use hard water, which left white spots all over my vehicle. The vacuums are top notch though, great suction.
Love this car wash! Has everything you need to wash and vacuum your car. I come here atleast once a week to vacuum out my car.
They never change the water there and uts hard water. You'll spend more time afterwards rubbing out all of the waterspots.
I feel like for the price you could go to a automated drive through however you can get more precisely than the automated ones
I went there this morning and spent $8.00 and got some soap on my car and then the rinse function didn't work twice. I should be reimbursed at the least.
Storke Car Wash was super helpful and was a straight-shooter. None of the non-sense of the usual car buying. The level of Storke Car Wash service was off the chart. Highly recommended both Storke Car Wash.
Definitely not my favorite car wash to go to. The products are kept to a minimum and doesn't have as many features as the one on Cota st. In Santa Barbara.
Nice self service car Wash. Very clean. A little tight for drying and exciting with a long bed truck
Update: not sure if they have resolved the issue the their machine but they were kind enough to reach out to me and get me my money back. I just wouldn’t use the port I used last time that took my money.
DO NOT USE CASH. This car wash stole $5 from me. It is fine if it takes credit card, but it wasn't accepting credit at the time so I tried cash. Apparently this is a long standing issue that the owners refuse to fix. I can only imagine how much extra they bring in from the machines not counting a few extra quarters, or bills. If credit is down, go somewhere else!
I used this carwash twice - nice facility, everything operated properly, was clean/organized and there was excellent water pressure. Only issue is that I can not get my visa receipt. It says it's available but can not find the location
I've been back a few times now - any update on where I can get my credit card receipt?
This place will get the job done whether it's 1 o'clock in the afternoon or 1 o'clock in the morning which is very convenient. However, id like to see more wash functions available such as the wheel cleaner solution and brush, spray on wax, tri-color conditioner wand because I've gotta go downtown to Anacapa &Cota for those amenities
