Very helpful and kind easy to understand walked me through the gate she may code and walk me to my unit also the rules cleansingness was her main topic that showed me she really cared about her job I like her she's a keeper.

Michelle was super nice! Very friendly and helpful move move in! She explained everything perfect And the facility is very clean! It feels very secure!

This place has a 4.9 because Michelle begs everyone to put up a 5 star review upon receiving a storage unit. I use this storage as my tool locker for work. I'm here everyday except weekends. You have a 50/50 chance of the gate opening or not opening. This has made me late for multiple jobs. Including one day I was actually able to get passed the entrance gate only to be locked in by the exit gate. Of core no staff was on the property. The storage number they give you to call rings and rings and rings. After almost an hour of waiting I had to call 911 to get the gate open. This is my 3rd time being locked in or out of the storage units. This place is a joke. The back buildings are full of tweakers that are ripping apart bikes in the units all hours of the night. I can say enough negative about my experience here. I'm moving to uhaul next door this weekend, where surprise! It's cheaper.

Michelle (Apologise for any misspelling) is the store manager at this location where she goes above and beyond for her tennants and the facility! I went today to move storage and this was by far a massive upgrade. Michelle was very thorough in the process, policy, steps from the main must knows to essential basics many other locations may leave out. Michelle puts a lot of care into these units and her clients by having thorough contact, sanitary conditions (as she hand washes the units from top to bottom) as well as a very charismatic personality! She was a delight to speak to. For the facility itself it is very clean and clear passage wise there was no issue with spacing from bringing our items to and from the car as well as an available dolly to assist in moving. I would definitely recommend this location as it is very affordable and with Michelle an easy process to go through!

Michelle, was a very excellent host while I have rented here. Extremely helpful when my lock wasn't working.

I was amazed after comparing other storages to this one. Clean and easy access, she really has a hold on making sure everything is safe and secure as possible. A great opening experience and I love how there's a room visibly show the sizes available. Trust her recommendation. Very knowledgeable!

Not at all what I was expecting from the management to the property being clean. Michelle the storage facility manager has the perfect balance when dealing with all of us tenants. It's a safe clean property that you can access 24/7.

Glad we chose this place. Michelle was amazing! Honestly the best/easiest experience I’ve ever had renting a storage unit. The facility is very clean and new. It’s 24 hour gated access. Which is super convenient and it is priced similarly to other locations in woodland that only open at some weird hours when you are probably at work. Look no further!

This location is awesome! Michelle, the site manager, is knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and provides the utmost in customer service. She keeps the site clean and safe. She’s hyper responsive. Couldn’t have asked for more from her.

I just LOVE this place! Michelle, is the office manager at 1610 Tide CT, And does a wonderful job keeping the place clean and is on top of any issue that we may have in regards to security. I recommend it to anyone looking for a safe place to keep ur stuff. The 24 hr.access is a total bonus!
