StorQuest has been great. I got a moderate size unit for half of what most are charging. And only pay half of that for the first three months!
The negative note is that their posted statement of 24 hour access is apparently not true. 9pm (still later than most) is the latest you can get in there. The 24 hour access refers to a kiosk by the front desk. Not the facility itself. Which, from a sales perspective, is a pretty abusive and misleading tactic. However effective.

24/7 access, power access in hallways, quiet place, feels secure with the cameras in hallways.

Extremely limited access hours now, seemingly no rhyme or reason as to when you can actually access your unit.
(No fault of the employees, who have all been lovely).

I moved in completely online and the process was easy and not stressful at all. I'm super glad I kept shopping around and found this place. It's clean, has 24 hour access, temp control, and is so close to my home. Alexis, the manager called me to check in which I really appreciated. I work at a different storage facility myself so I have a good concept of just how much work goes on behind the scenes and you guys are great. Thank you!:)

Rented 2 10x20 units from here based on them being open 24hrs, what a joke! That is ABSOLUTELY A LIE! THEY ARE NOT 24hrs. I can't even enter after 6pm and if you have auto pay you can access your unit until 9pm. Definitely not 24hrs. Prices are good place is clean but they LIE about being 24hrs

First time renting a storage unit. Decided to go with StorQuest and it was very easy to get the unit I needed.

My husband and I Bidded on a storage unit and drove over a hundred miles when we won the unitt the young man that was there when we arrived was nice but then when we got to the unit and he used a key to open it was almost completely empty and although we did get our money back for the unit we did not get our money or time back from the hundred mile trip and in my opinion the young man knew about it all along. Unless they sell locks that other people have keys to then he was aware of the unit being emptied out after it was put on for people to bid on them. If I was anyone looking to either rent or bid on a unit I would strongly recommend someplace else.

They changed the hours that they let you access the unit and didn't even send an email or text. Then I tried cancelling the service a month ago and made certain they knew I didn't want to be charged again. Just last night I was charged again and the customer service has been atrocious. Find a different spot if you can.

Prices are a wee bit spendy but way worth it for the option of 24hr access! The unit I got, a 10×10 with drive up access, was easy to find and aside from dust, the unit was totally clean. The property is well kept. The option for 24hr move in through their express kiosk was so easy, the lady on the other end of the phone was very helpful and walked me through the whole thing. I only need storage for the one month (hopefully) but I will recommend StorQuest to anyone that has storage needs. I felt safe there as well. Even at 3am when I was there alone. There was one other customer at their unit as well but we kept to ourselves. Property is pretty well lit, too. Except my unit.having to hold a flash light while digging through my stuff can be annoying but I understand they don't want people trying to live in the units. 24hr access really is so needed and appreciated as I work during the usual gate access hours (you only get 24hr access if you have your bill on autopay).

StorQuest was quick and efficient! Pricing was great and process was quick and easy for me! They even accommodated me into a bigger storage when I needed it quickly!
