I've rented before, very good experience. I have never had any issues. Very clean place very good hours. Also very convenient location with packing supplies available (boxes, tape, etc.).
The only minor issue / complaint I have is advertising out front. $1 a month for 1st month advertisement is totally false.
I received excellent service the girls were absolutely amazing! There was an issue but Anita the manager was very quick to help with the situation. Location is great and close by my home! I highly recommend StorQuest to others!
They sold my storage unit. I kept talking to some guy in the main office on the second month telling him that I was going to be late but I would pay and the late charges to then when I talk to him he told me that the girls put my space for auction then they told that they had a check for me never got it if anybody wants a storage go to wasco they wait for me up to three or four months to pay. I been with them five years.
I just needed a unit for one month and received excellent service from Jessica. She took the time to explain everything to me fully and answer all my questions. I would definitely go back if I need a unit again!
