StorQuest Self Storage, Carlsbad CA

Quite possibly one of the best experiences doing one of your least favorite things. Scott was awesome. We use reviews extensively and the five stars that StorQuest (Carlsbad) and Scott received are well deserved.

This was definitely a 5 star experience. We forgot our keys and needed help getting in to our unit. Nicole was great! She had the old lock removed, replaced and we were on our way in an hour. I never thought I would recommend a storage facility, but if you need one, this is the place. The customer service from Nicole and Scott is awesome!

The city of Carlsbad shut down the elevators at this location on Sept. 26,2023 for having expired permits and improper paperwork. I am unable to retrieve my things! Unbelievable and ridiculous.

I had to move in a bit of a hurry a couple of years ago and learned that spaces were available at this location. Scott was exceptionally helpful and made the process as simple as possible. He was able to find me an indoor unit as hoped for. I still rent here and wanted to tell the world what a great place this is!

The facility is well maintained, clean, and offers large flat carts to assist in moving heavy items or multiple boxes at a time. It is safe and secure, so I am at ease over the well being of many beloved possessions.

If I ever need another unit or moved again, I would rather rent here even than any other facility I have used in the past (I've used several over the last ten years in between moves). I recommend this location to anyone!

Also, Scott deserves a raise (or at least for his superior to know that he provided the most excellent customer service)!

I am a long time tenant who has use various storage facilities in the past but this one is by far the best. The manager Scott is professional and friendly the place is very clean and secure. It seems like a truly American place of business…!

I felt compelled to make some comments here due to my experience with StorQuest self storage. The place is organized safe and really clean and I highly recommend it. I was pinched on time due to personal issues that came out of no where and I was able to get a unit the size I needed and the location I needed and kept all my belongings safe and secure and relieved my stress and anxiety. I have complete faith in the company. The customer service is over the top positive and I have to mention specifically Scott Jedlick who is a manager there that is pleasant and helpful and always has a smile on his face. I’m going to be a customer here I’m sure for years to come and I highly recommend this place and feel comfortable leaving what is truly my whole life of possessions in their care and protection with complete faith and can relax about it. And there’s no price on that. Thanks Scott and thanks storquest. I appreciate your positive business model and by far it’s a five star review for me. Anyone needs storage hit this place up. Definitely won’t regret it.

The facility is spotless, easy to use and access, and Scott the Manager is incredibly helpful. The way the building is shaped no unit is a country mile to walk. This is a great spot for your storage needs.
