Sabrina and Betty are awesome. Moving is always stressful and finding the right storage size is important. Sabrina took the time to take me on a tour and actually open the units. I never felt rushed and her ability to listen to my needs AND make me laugh (on such a stressful day) was priceless! I never expected that!
Betty was my next contact because I came back and I decided to vacate another place I had work files in to come to StorQuest. Now I am all done moving. I feel at ease now and have exactly what I need. I wish to compliment the staff and the facility!

We have used Storquest self storage in Cathedral city two consecutive years for our RV. The staff are wonderful to work with and very responsive. Lettie and Betty are a great team. We would recommend them highly!

We have used covered rv storage at this location for 3+ years. I like it because it is clean, secure and convenient. When we needed additional storage for household items recently, the friendly and courteous staff were helpful in getting me set up.

I was having concerns regarding my storage and oh my god! LETY was able to answer my questions she was very nice and generous band gave me so much detail regarding my storage! Thank you!

I highly recommend Stor Quest Storage and Sabrina in particular. She provided excellent service that went above and beyond and was such a pleasure to deal with. I hadn’t been to my storage unit in years and had lost my key but Sabrina saved the day! This is by far the best storage facility I’ve ever used.

Love the team and facility! I’ve been a loyal renter for 4 years here with multiple units. I have toured every facility in the desert, and let me tell you, this is the cleanest and safest storage facility out here! The staff offers exceptional customer service and is so attentive. Letty and Betty were on site (which seems to be a rare thing for other competitor storage facilities). They are responsive, attentive and easy to do business with. Letty showed us the right size storage sheds for what we needed and handled the paperwork quickly and easily. The facility is clean as well. Both Letty and Betty are also very personable which made for a nicer experience.

The entire process of renting and checking in was very efficient and polite. Easy to understand and very reasonable terms.

Highly recommend this business! Both Betty and Letty are very helpful, professional yet personable employees and do practice “above expected customer service “ attitude. And the units are very clean as is the whole complex. Very competitive pricing as well.

This is the nicest, cleanest & friendliest storage facility I have been to! The security system in place seems to be supreme. To top it off the 2 girls in the office were fantastic! Would definitely recommend this facility! 10 out of 10

Sabrina and Letty are the BEST! Sabrina gave us a tour of the facility and was super patient and helpful while we looked for a good option to store my van. Letty went out of her way to open up a unit that wasn’t supposed to be available yet. They’re both super knowledgeable of the facility and company, and they’re very friendly. After a rough day of looking at many many storage units, I’m so glad we found them!
