I had a great experience with StorQuest Self Storage. Liz was very helpful and friendly, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. She showed me around the facility, explained the features and benefits of each unit, and helped me choose the best one for my needs. She also gave me some tips on how to pack and organize my belongings, and offered me some moving supplies at a reasonable price. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and I feel confident that my stuff is in good hands. I take it all back they don't allow you to leave without a 7 day notice and they don't pro rate. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I wish I could agree with most of these reviews but I cannot. This whole experience has been an utter nightmare. I’ve made appointments to come in, and had to wait 45-60 minutes for someone to show up and open the doors (during business hours and way after lunch). I’ve had issues time and time again and even today I was told yet again to come down to do yet ANOTHER transfer of ownership when the whole thing was done wrong in the first place. Word of advice to Storquest, retrain your staff that an esignature is the same as a wet signature and to apply someone’s esignature without their permission is the same as signing their name without permission and fraud. Yet that’s what happened and then it cost us hundreds of extra dollars with the movers because of their errors. Yet again I’m back at square one with them and I hope that I never have to deal with them again. In fact, I will never deal with Liz in that office, she’s got one attitude and refuses to admit when she was wrong. I have no intention of allowing her to know anything lore about me and I personally worry about my info they do have now. How much is wrong and how much is being used without my permission. Locking up personal records now to make sure I’m protected. Edwin the district manager has yet to respond after 3 weeks so little to no hope with this company. Good luck!

Friendly helpful staff went above and beyond to help me with everything during a really difficult time

Liz’s kindness and professionalism is contagious. The staff are of equal value. Their front desk people, maintenance and, housekeeping team were all responsive to any concerns. I have been a customer for over 2 years Liz is efficient and knowledgeable in her field. The staff is friendly, well-trained and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this location.

I recently had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a rude employee at StorQuest Self Storage in Escondido. I believe her name is Elizabeth (Liz). She is the customer service representative who helped me when I went to rent a storage unit. She's in her late 20's, Mexican with black hair, medium build.

From the moment I walked in, she was off-putting. She had a cold and dismissive tone of voice, and her body language was closed off. She didn't make eye contact with me, and she seemed annoyed to be answering my questions. Not sure what her deal is but Corporate needs to visit this location and give her an attitude adjustment. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone.

Dominic was most helpful and was Knowledgeable of his job and what my needs are totally professional.
