Storybook Preschool, Lake Elsinore CA

My family loves Storybook Preschool! I highly recommend this facility and the preschool/kindergarten program, it has been great so far. The staff and teachers have done a fantastic job for us, they have been very sweet and answer all of my questions, and have made it a positive learning experience for my kids. I feel a lot better about going to work knowing my kids are learning and making friends and getting ready for the next chapter of their first year of elementary school (yikes!). I came with high expectations, and we looked at a couple different preschools in the area, but Storybook ended up being the right fit for us and the kind of overall type of program we were looking for. The classrooms are really nice and well taken care of (which is personally super important to me), the play area outside is big and has all kinds of activities, and the location near the freeway works really well because it is fairly close to home. The center is pretty busy (there is a Cardenas on the other end of the center and the Del Taco and other shops), and I was a little worried about the parking and busyness, but pickup/drop-off has been a breeze, and only parents can buzz in to the front office area with a code, which is another thing I like because it feels safe and secure.

Great place to send your kids! My boys love it! My daughter will be attending next year.they communicate so well with the kids and keep us parents up to date on everything.

I would not recommend this facility, I had my son who was 2 1/2 in classroom within week had to pull him out. We get home he is exhausted, his lunch I packed was never touched and he was dehydrated. That’s not the worse of
It, day 2 (note my son barely said any words at this time) told me “ mommy come here, teacher hit me with door “ he ran next to front door and tried showing me what happened. I was so confused, maybe thought was accident. Next day again he comes home and says teacher hit me. I then immediately contacted school they said nothing happened that they reviewed cameras etc.on the third day they called me and said “he fell “ his chin was busted open no band aid, all blood on his shirt. I couldn’t believe I called police, I got in car my son said “teacher hit me” he tried to
Show me what she did and my son hit me in my face! I would not recommend these women to be near

I highly recommend Storybook Preschool! The facilities are great and well taken care of. The teachers go above and beyond and make sure the kids feel welcome and safe. I appreciate how caring the staff is and am so glad we found it. If you want a caring and nurturing place for your child, this is the place.
