The associates at this location are extremely pleasant, my tech Kim is outstanding, friendly, very calming in a very stressful situation. Everyone whom I've met has been very helpful, friendly, courteous, and have been very customer oriented. A dentist office is not the place one generally enjoys going to but this office is an exception. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love the service here. I was able to get in very quickly with tooth pain. Everyone was very kind which made it easy to feel relaxed. If you get nervous to see a dentist this is the ideal spot. Dr. Lee and Kim were the best!

Friendly service! I have been going to Strawberry Creek for a couple years now and never had a bad experience. From start to finish, the staff is pleasant and consistent. Excellent communication and they adapt to your needs. I highly recommend checking them out!

I received a $404 x-ray bill that was not covered by my insurance. I was not notified at the time of visit, nor was my insurance company called to verify coverage, they confirmed this with me. Nothing was explained to me about this billing and I didn't think anything of it, because I've had x-rays done before. But I'm more mad that my husband who worked for Delta Dental is right. He warned me of practices who slip unnecessary procedures and charges in without patients knowing and then things like this happen. I mean, now I have to go find that $400 that's just lying around my house somewhere.

My experience with Dr. Grace Min is still traumatic for me, I still have PTSD going to the dentist. She injected me and damaged my facial nerve, left me with facial paralysis. She was unprofessional the way she treated me. She thought I was lying because the selfie picture I sent her of my facial paralysis should show the opposite side of my face, she thought selfie pictures should show the opposite side of your face. She argued with me about it saying that wasn't the side of my face she worked on. I had to take a picture in her office and show her that the selfie picture shows the same side of my face not the opposite, then she believe me. I stopped going to that dental office because Dr. Grace Min hurts me and she didn't apologized.

Great service. Dr. Davami and rda Najla were very professional and compassionate about being comfortable. I will recommend them. The office staff was very helpful in explaining the service to be had. AAA

This clinic obviously overbooks.telling patients to "arrive early" only to have them wait 45 minutes just to be seated in a room (let's not even discuss how much longer it takes to actually be seen). It's absurd, and completely irresponsible to a patient's time schedule.the actual service is just okay, but find another clinic that is more respectful of your time.
