Mr. Charles was very nice, communicative and professional. Smells nice in there and a very good energy overall. I brought my dad’s car in and had the struts replaced and they did just that. I was able to see real time footage of the car in progress as well as text updates along the way. They were able to work with me and I felt they provided a fair price for good quality work. I would recommend them for any of your car needs here in Sacramento. They are the real deal and I will keep them in mind for any other mechanical issues or needs I may have.

I needed to get my auto battery replaced and found Stress-Free Auto Care on Yelp. They were very thorough and efficient in responding back. I was given a good deal for the type of battery that my vehicle needed and the service was exceptional upon my arrival. Charles was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them! Charles is amazing! He saved my @$$ on a pre purchase inspection!

Of course the dealer stated the car had no leaks. I took it in and paid for the inspection and the car leaked in multiple locations.

So needless to say I passed on the car.

Since then we took another vehicle in and it was a keeper.

Had to have some minor work done. Took it in and it was completed in a timely manner, and at a fair price.

First time using Stress-Free. Impressed with their online contact system, as they were very responsive to all of my questions. They worked with me in diagnosing a tricky issue, and were very thorough in all aspects of the repair. I won’t hesitate bringing my cars back here in the future.

They finished faster than I expected. The new team is great, though I miss Jeff, the new owners/team are doing an outstanding job of keeping the legacy alive.

These guys are super nice and helpful. Maybe a bit more expensive than other auto shops in the area, but for the care I got, still worth it. They figured out the problem, found one I knew about but didn't mention, and even contacted my warranty provider to make sure they'd cover it and save me money.

One of the Best car shop customer services in Sacramento. Prices are always as easy on the pockets as far as I've experienced been here 3 times and might have to come back and get my brakes done right this time. Not saying g any fire. Reservations were easy on line. When I arrived, I received prompt service, an accurate estimate of time to finish, continued updates on progress and costs and a list of other services to consider and complete at a future date. Superb!

Most transparent shop I’ve ever been to. They replaced the actuator in one of my car’s doors in just over an hour for 1/4 of what the dealer would’ve charged me - even let me provide the part. No upselling or fuss - just did what was needed. I’ll be back!

The best experience I’ve had involving service on any of my cars. As a woman who doesn’t know everything about cars it’s easy to be taken advantage of. I try to learn as much as I can when things come up, but there are things I have no knowledge on. It’s an older car so I’m sure I could’ve been up charged on all kinds of things if I went somewhere else. They were honest, helpful, friendly and their name perfectly matched the experience. I also had my dog with me because I planned on walking around while I waited, but it was too hot out for his paws. They let me bring him into the waiting area (which was very nice, and they included free drinks and snacks.) I’ll be recommending them to everyone who needs the services they provide. Will be returning for future service needs.

Charles the manager was very helpful and took care of most everything I was looking to be taken care of oil change and checking all the fluids getting ready for a long trip anyhow is very courteous very competent and very helpful and nothing but to say that he's a very good employee for someone that's my comments

Thia place was great very kind people who are not out to take you for ur money. I give them a 5 stars cause i wad very stressed out about my truck cause every place i took it was our to take what money i had and never fixed tje problem.
