I've been meaning to leave a review for this awesome shoppe for a few years now. A few years back my personal mechanic moved his family back east. Good for him! Tough on me. He'd been my mechanic for 13 years. I came across (Lynsey's) Street Dreams after determining that a dealer was not what I wanted. She has a wonderful demeanor and runs a very good operation. Her focus is on customer service, communication and satisfaction.

I own a K2 Suzuki Hayabusa and a K3 Suzuki SV1000s. Her mechanic Dario is excellent and he def keeps busy. If you're tired of a typical overpriced dealer and are on the fence about an independent shop. Let me reassure you that YOU will not be disappointed.

I typically can do a waiter on say a tire replace or oil change as long as you plan a few days ahead with her.

I refer many people to her now and when you go you'll know why.

I'd say primarily metric is their niche with an emphasis on sportbikes but I've seen every type of bike there.

At 73K miles and counting on my daily commuter, I took my bike in for a valve service and oil leak inspection. Not only did I get my bike back to optimal riding, it feels like a brand new bike full of pep and life! Street Dreams customer service and technical mechanics are the best! I highly recommend them been a loyal customer for 3 years now! Honest, affordable and thorough.

Lynsey and her team were very professional and very easy to work with. As a new rider she explained in detail what my 40 yr old bikes issues were and fixed it timely and within my budget. Glad to be back on the road and may be back for that Bonnevile if I can convince my wife:)

They are professional, kind and punctual. After superficial and incompetent dealer experience I want to thank Dario for his great service. Lynsey was also very patient despite my persistence on wrong oil capacity (my bad, forgot the additional amount for the filter, she was right)

I called looking for tires and within 5 minutes Lynsey had sent me quote after quote on different tires. After they replaced the tires they gave it a full look over and found an issue with multiple solutions that were all expensive and again Lynsey would send a quote before doing any work and a full detailed email with exactly what was wrong. After it turned out not to be the issue, she removed the charge since they were not able to find anything. Her ability to stay in contact with me every step of the way and her mechanics knowledge of motorcycles really out my mind at ease and my wallet thanks them too!
Even if you need something small like an oil change to a complete engine rebuild I would recommend this place!

Lyndsey the owner was so professional and polite and even went out of her way to fit me in to a same week appointment when she was booked a month out since I only had a minor service needed. As for the tech, he was a complete professional and returned my bike in better condition than when I dropped it off. My bike feels like its brand new and shifts smooth as can be.
