I love this gym. Since moving to Bakersfield CA 7 years ago I've been to many gyms and I always find my way back to this one. It has an old school grit iron feel to it that pushes you to work at your max

My favorite gym in Bakersfield. Private gyms are the best. You don’t have to worry about keeping your bag in the locker. Never too crowded. Great equipment everything you need. As a competitive body builder I want to be able to work out out with my shirt off and get a pump. Mark the owner understands and is all for it. Mark is a really good dude and we’re lucky to have such a great gym like that in Bakersfield.

I just want to say thank you to Mr Pacheco and Strength and Health Gym for giving me an opportunity to work out at his establishment. This man here is also giving me an opportunity to show myself that I'm worth it and I deserve better. If you're looking for a serious workout, really great healthy motivated people then I suggest you come on down and find out what a real workout could be like?

This facility is more than a gym

Good gym with a lot of free weights. Just a little bit old school but it’s a good atmosphere.

I finally found a gym that lets me lift heavy weights. The other gyms always kick me out for lifting weights that are too heavy.

It’s my happy place. As soon as you walk in the door, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation or preference, you’re treated like family. There’s only one common goal, self improvement. Started going to this gym with my dad when I was a kid, and I plan on continuing the same traditions with mine here soon. Gym chalk is welcomed there as well! I love it!

Well been going for a while now and it's my getaway place from all the bull$#it. I'm alone in my thoughts and I can really think things through and better my self. (NO GLOVES, NO MASK AND NO 6FT APART) JUST OLD FASHION WORKOUTS!

This place reminds me of an old school gym. Like bodybuilder haven. It was awesome and the owner is an extraordinarily amazing guy
