I had severe lower back pain, few weeks before my wedding. I had an reached out to Dr Mason for help. He patiently listened to me and my situation worked with me to reduce the pain and discomfort. Since I had to fly back for 16 hours to my country he gave me tips on how to sit in a flight with, do and don’ts while working at home and cooking. That’s helped me quickly recover for my wedding.
I would say I had pain free wedding because of him.
His exercises are so effective due to long hours of working or doing some heavy lifting Or running it give me very good relief.
