5I was waiting for my lab results over than 2 hours. The doctor was lost and he didn't know what I was there for. Staff said all the time "the doctor is behind 3 patients but he will see you soon" They don't care about health period.
Dr. Is EXTREMELY unprofessional and couldn’t care less about what your in for and trying to explain I requested to have a physical and bloodwork done she literally rushed me in and out and ignored important questions or just gave me “yeah yeah we’ll check that” and did not I specifically asked to have my testosterone checked on the blood test I got the results read and printed yesterday and SHE DID NOT ORDER the testosterone panel in the bloodwork order AND when I got to labcorp she had put my birthday down wrong not sure how you confuse a 26 with a 28? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
I give it a 2 for being seen fast. Otherwise I feel insulted. NP Helen Tran saw me for less than 2 minutes. She pretty much seemed to want me to know that she didn't care, didn't want to be there and was ready to move on.
No smile, she stood way across the room like I was a germ or something. Yes I was insulted.
We were assigned this doctors office at the hospital that my daughter was born in 2018. We’ve been bringing my 4 year old since then and haven’t had any bad experiences. Our wait times are ok, it’s a doctor office. We see Dr. Chin, let me tell you she is AMAZING! She is very attentive and listens to all of our concerns regarding our 4 year olds health. We are very pleased and thankful for the staff.
Went for a physical. The positive was I was seen 5 minutes after arriving for an appointment. I was assigned a RN instead of a primary care doctor. Physical was less than satisfactory. All the RN did was check breathing, eyes, and quick glance at mouth. No checking of my ears, heart rate, blood pressure, etc. Saw her for what seemed less than 2 minutes. Asked her about my occasional coughing, and she said "your lungs are clear just take cough drops. " It really seemed like she wanted to move on to the next patient.
