I originally reached out to Brian because I had a back injury. After visits to several physical therapists and chiropractors, I still had pain and no answers. It took Brian maybe 30 minutes to figure out my problem and give me a workout plan that would help me recover.
Brian places focus on form, stability, movement patters, and other little things that most people over look. I wish I started working with Brian when I first started getting into the gym. If I had I have no doubt I would have never gotten injured and would have much better workout habits than I did before we started working together.
