Great customer service; I felt like I was their top priority! I had been here in the past for some holiday table rentals but this time it was a small birthday backyard party and they made me feel like I had spent thousands. They have such a huge selection it was hard to really pick. From customer service to the delivery crew to the setup crew everybody was so nice. I always try to support family run mom & pop shops, that's why I use Williams. So when I had heard they were sold to another local family run company I decided to check them out. I seen in their showroom they have some really nice furniture now too. I totally changed my setup from tables & chairs to furniture & a fire pit. It turned out way better than I had planned. I may just have to redecorate my house for the holidays lol being in the same house for 7 months is getting a little stale, why not rent me a new holiday living room lol great job guys great experience!

I've rented tables and chairs from this place for Thanksgiving for as long as I can remember. I've always been greeted by a phalanx of helpful ladies at desks during check in, and at the warehouse I'm loaded up and on my way in no time.

Well I just dropped off a few rental items, and had the worst customer service ever, not sure what the problem is there, you pull up and the all just stare at you with no sense of help or direction. These immigrants need to understand customer service is real thing here in America, then I ask for help on where to go and the one guy who runs the front counter got an attitude problem right off the bat, never doing business with these people again

They have everything! A little pricey, but good quality stuff. Also cool used sales sometimes.
