Really easy to use wish you would provide discount codes especially after spending a certain amount but over all the pictures are always amazing and great quality

Unprofessional. Didn't have my son change his outfit (he was carrying it around with him, so why would they not ask him about it? !). They used their shirt for his senior pictures so on the pose they did with the gown open, it looks like he's wearing a skirt! They should have told him to tuck in his shirt as a professional would to get a good looking picture. Save yourself the sitting fee. Wait for the free yearbook picture and then go somewhere else for some real professional pictures. It'll cost you less anyways.

I ordered 2 picture, 1 pic for my son and 1 for my daugther but you send me the same pic 2 pic And this 2 my daugther not my son

I would never purposefully choose to have portraits done with this company. They are rude and basically hold the opportunity for your students picture for the year book hostage by charging a $30 sitting fee. They claim that you will not have to pay the fee if you wait until they come to the school to do portraits, but when my son was a senior two years ago they never showed up. I ended up having to bring him last minute to the studio, just so he could be in the year book. Dishonest!

Very expensive shots, for school pictures it’s a 30 sitting fee, they make you come back to view them, they can’t email photos with watermarks, and all their packages are 200 and up. They won’t let you use the phones inside and if you have older kids they won’t let you inside with them.

Prices are reasonable and the service was good when they get to you. They book a lot of people at the same time so expect to be called well after your appointment time. Parking is atrocious

Friendly stuff and the pictures where very professionally taken. They also have a monthly payment plan.

I went here to take my senior portrait pics. Everyone in the studio was super awesome and nice!: D The directions my photographers gave were helpful and easy, although you can pose however you like

I had a very bad experience, they made my kindergarten son twice to go to the salon to take the photo that I had ordered online, the first time my daughter was there in the salon and due to her poor organization they did not take the photos, they just did I had to go so they wouldn't take anything from him, later I received a message from them and I told them that if my son was present they said they would take it again a month later, the month came they took my son out of class and took him to where they would take the photo and again they did not take them saying that they were only for 6th grade children, I contacted them and asked for my refund they told me to wait for it in a few days and it never arrived I contacted them again and they did not answer me and when They finally answered me after sending several messages very calmly they told me that they did submit the form to the corresponding department but that they did not process it that they were sorry and thank you. So what does it mean that apart from having brought my son round and round I have to pay them for that.super bad service.

Horrible …. They have now charged me a total of 8 times… and to top it off they sent me 2 packages of my kids pictures… I only ordered 1… and the second one was with a random background… horrible customer service…. Hoping the school finds a new vendor… they are committing fraud…. I’m not the only person complaining

My child attends Rancho Cucamonga High School and they literally misspelled my child’s name. My child spoke to the assistant principal at Rancho Cucamonga High School and all she said was doing was blaming Studio One for entering the wrong and misspelled name. Called studio one and was sent to another department with no answer, called again and was sent to voicemail. Mistakes like this should not of happened this is a forever yearbook that published with several thousand copies and the wrong and misspelled name! Do not use this company they didn’t bother to listen to my concerns!

Very bad service and very expensive, I want to talk to someone and it is only by text, I was not satisfied with some cartoon photographs, nothing to do with the ones on the paper they send you with the children.

Took pictures at son's school and ripped me off but they made it add up to 98 dollars

When this company took pictures of my child at school, they were not professional. My child, 6 years old, had messy hair, at least they would think to fix the kid's hair. But no they just took the photo, left the messy bun that has majority of her hair sticking out. Probably they did not even fix it or adjust it when they put it in photoshop. They were unprofessional, had poor service, they only want to get parents money. If I could, I would've put it at 0 stars.

If i could i will give it 0 stars my son first picture was ruined I paid it online and they never took my sons picture. As well for my daughter 2 grade pictures paid it online for nothing my son was really upset he was really excited dress and everything for nothing I am so angry. I requested for a supervisor let’s see if they have if call me. I will never take them pictures with this company

Last a min from school gave it yesterday and the spring photo is now - March 14. I tried to order online and it still said unavailable. You need to fix it up NOW! I don't want to pay 'CASH' and ordering online is easy and quick.

I find it odd you have to purchase the pictures before you see them! And your child can not take pictures unless you purchase before hand.
