Nastaran, Dane and Lee Anne of Studio BANAA were amazing to work with. This was my first commercial build so I had no idea what I was doing. I looked into several commercial architects, but nothing stood out to me in their portfolios. When I saw Studio BANAA’s work, I knew they would perfect to work with. They made the process easy and had so many great ideas. Their designs are unique and beautiful and very accommodating to what your vision for the space is. We get compliments all the time on how beautiful our medical spa is. Our clients have even asked us to share what paint colors were used for walls. I highly recommend them and hope to work together again in the future.

Nastaran and Dane are incredibly talented architects and designers who were instrumental in our home renovation. From mood boards to initial designs to material choices and even helping to secure our permits, Studio Banaa was easy to work with, communicative, transparent, and helped bring our dream home to life. Studio Banaa is wonderful to work with! Both Dane and Nastaran are amazing architects, creative in how they go about design, but really just good and honest people that know what they are doing. I have worked with them twice on two big projects in Oakland. They have been nothing but great to work with and I am happy to have them in my corner. We started with Dane and Nastaran on a small project to redo the seating in our coffee shop. We were so impressed that we ended up having them design a complete remodel which turned out absolutely beautifully.

They have now done the design work for two new coffee shops, and each one is beautiful and unique in their own way. They have always been very patient with us, and are never upset if there is something we want to change. They want every detail to be perfect, and they don't leave room for mistakes.
