I never write reviews but since I found this amazing bike shop with fabulous customer service for my bike repair by reading the reviews, I want to help this store get even more new customers. They repaired my bike while I waited which was very important to my schedule. They were friendly, helpful and did not attempt to upsell me to buy other products even though I did so on my own volition. Their prices were reasonable and they made sure my bike was on top top shape for safety since I ride 7 days a week. I bet you will be glad you tried Studio Cycle Co like I was.

Shocked me by having my bike ready in one hour. Total bill $40. Would have been much more in Sherman Oaks. Great outdoor area for meeting customers during these difficult times and quite understanding of the fact I preferred to transact the business outside.

Bobby & team were great to work with. They were very patient with me throughout the bike purchase process and when I picked up they included a water bottle holder and bell on my bike! If you’re a first time bike owner or don’t already have one, ask a team member to assemble a flat tire kit for you as well.

10 STARS! I had the best experience with the owner of Studio Cycle Co. He really went above and beyond for me. The bike I got at first was just a little too small and he worked so so very hard to get be a replacement. When the replacement came - it was an upgrade and he was so patient and generous with me and my family that we are just little road warriors now! Wonderful customer service and so so nice to have met you guys. See you again soon!

The BEST bike shop in ALL of Los Angeles! Bob is very understanding and helpful and the repair guys are knowledgeable and patient. They all take the time to explain everything and will make a great recommendations for a new bike too! I discovered them on a ride through town and needed my brakes changed and now, I just bought an awesome bike from them. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. SO HAPPY! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Hands down, the very best bike shop around! Run by a kind, courteous gentleman named Bobby Woods, a retired BMX pro racer and his son Steven. Whether I’m buying a bike or accessories, or just getting service it’s my go to place and I highly recommend this independent shop with easy free parking.

I gave them a 1 star. Customer service extremely poor. They rather walk away from a major sale. I'm looking to buy 3 adult bikes. That's to bad for them.

TL;DR, A friend recommended this place to me, and it had high reviews, expected way better. Was extremely disappointed.

Came in today, Oct. 28 2018, just asked if they could fill my tires and if it would cost anything. They said they could do it free of charge. They did not ask for a PSI rating for the tube, so I figured they knew what they were doing.

They filled the tube and I was on my way to the gym. Parked my bike, and when I was done in the gym after roughly 1 hr/and a half, I came out and noticed my tire was flat.

I walked it back to the store, and asked them to take a look at what happened (I DID NOT SAY I WAS GOING TO BUY A TUBE, BECAUSE I ONLY BUY THORN PROOF TUBES), they took it out and it was a tube blown near the valve. (NO THORNS IN THE TUBE) (I suspect it was filled with too much air, but whatever).

They said 16.50 + tax (Which is high for a regular tube) for a regular tube, 19.50+ tax for a thornproof if they had one. They didnt.

So I was on my way out, but THEY DIDNT PUT THE TUBE BACK IN THE TIRE (They just threw it out), SO I HAD TO CARRY THE BIKE FROM THE BACK END. BECAUSE THIS MAKES THE BIKER HAVE TO CARRY THEIR BIKE OR RISK DAMAGING IT BECAUSE ITS A WHEEL WITH NO TUBE IN IT TOUCHING THE GROUND.

THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN THE TUBE OUT AND THROWN IT AWAY IF THEYRE NOT SURE IF ILL BUY A NEW ONE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I ASKED FOR A THORN PROOF TUBE.

My bike is now un-aligned in the wheel, and I highly suspect thats because on the hour long walk home I let it touch the ground, because its too long of a walk to carry it.

My wife got flat tire in the neighborhood and these guys were super helpful getting her back on the road. Cool place

Came here after reading all the good reviews about this bike shop and its staff and sure enough the good reviews proved that this is a great bike shop. Came in after I busted my wheel and Steve repaired it good as new! Bobby was very helpful and polite and he made sure my bike and I were taken care of the moment I walked through the door. I bought a used bike; they took great care of me. I didn't have a bike rack so Bobby offered to deliver the bike to my house in Sherman Oaks for $10. How cool is that? He also gave me a brand new lock as he couldn't find the key for the old one on the bike. Highly recommend; good people!

Great and friendly service. These guys knocked out a last minute tuneup of my burn bike and made sure I didn't throw money away on repairs that wouldn't be needed since the bike would be caked in dust the following week.
